Helpful Rakuten
I don't like telling people physically about my products and my business because I am always shy to advertise myself. I use Rakuten to do that for me. I've been using them for months now and I can tell you that have driven enough traffic for me to last me a whole year successfully. That's how big and powerful they are in the digital world. Now that they advertise for me on their platform, I feel more confident about myself and what I do because they made me know the power of digital marketing and advertisement. Their services are matchless and they have well groomed and trained personels to attend to you anytime. I will keep on using their services all the time.
Testing account termination
My team was using a testing account on this platform to work on our product before the official launch. We gave them all the documents and info they needed. But, for no good reason, they shut down our account in just one day. It was a total waste of time and it seemed like they don't really care about us or our business. It's just not right and we shouldn't stand for it. It makes you wonder if they're up to something dodgy with our info.

They shut down my account because they stopped doing marketing in Ukraine, which is really unfair because Ukraine isn't some criminal country. They should've offered assistance instead of closing accounts and taking our commissions.

I've recently had a bit of a rubbish situation with this platform, as they went and terminated my account out of the blue. I tried asking them why they did it, but got no response. I think it's pretty bad and not very professional for a company to just kick out a customer without any explanation.

It's a nightmare - I have to reset my password all the time, reporting hardly ever works, I can't track my sales, and there's no support available. When I email them multiple times, all I get back is the same generic responses that don't actually help with anything. It's like I'm dealing with a system that used to work but now is just a ghost of its former self.
Termination of account without reason
I had a terrible time with this company. They decided to close my account out of the blue after just two months as a customer. I was really annoyed because I had over 1000 GBP in my account that I was supposed to get paid out to me. I sent them several emails, but didn't hear back from them at all. It's obvious to me now that they're just a bunch of scammers and definitely not worth trusting.
