Poor quality item returned
I had a bit of a nightmare with a purchase I made at this store recently. The thing I got wasn't up to scratch, so I thought I'd return it. But, oh man, getting my money back was such a pain! It was so long-winded and just unnecessary. It felt like I was jumping through hoops just to sort out something that wasn't even my fault. It was so irritating and I wasted so much time on it. I really wish I'd never bought from there now. I won't be making that mistake again, that's for sure.

PS4 controller order delayed
I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this company. I ordered a PS4 controller back in October and I still haven't received it or been refunded. I've sent loads of emails and messages on social media, but haven't had any replies. I even tried commenting on their Instagram posts, but now I've found out they've deleted their account. It's not on for a company that's supposed to be reputable.

Bed delivery
I'm absolutely shocked by the nightmare I had to deal with from this company. At first, everything seemed fine when I made my order. But on the day of delivery, they hit me with a surprise £30 delivery charge. To make matters worse, they changed the delivery time from morning to a vague 3pm window. The delivery person turned up three hours late and was really rude. When I asked about assembling the bed, he shoved me into a door. It felt like he did it on purpose to be aggressive. Despite me complaining to the company, they wouldn't give me a refund on the delivery fee and just said they sacked the delivery team. I'm thinking about telling the police about this because it felt like an assault.

I bought a polo shirt from this shop not long ago and I have to admit, I was really disappointed with the quality. Even though the brand promotes itself as a top-notch clothing store, the stitching on the shirt was really shoddy. It was clear that they took shortcuts during production, which is not okay considering how expensive their items are. I was hoping for better quality from a brand that boasts about their high-quality clothing.

Arnica gel purchase
I recently got some Arnica gel from Landys Chemist and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The price was good for the tubes of Arnica gel, and the delivery was super quick. I've been using Arnica oil for a while, but one issue was it could be messy and tricky to take with me, especially when I'm travelling. The gel form of Arnica is much easier and less messy to use. Even though both the oil and gel have a noticeable smell when you put them on, the pain relief benefits from Arnica are well worth it, even with the initial smell. I also found the staff at Landys Chemist really knew their stuff about the product and were really helpful in giving me information before I bought it.

I just have to say, the clothes I bought from that place were really bad quality. The logos on them started coming off after a few washes, making them look really cheap and not nice to wear. I suggest checking out another brand that values quality more than using cheap materials.

Last year, we had a bit of a worry with a cottage we booked, but they were really quick to help us sort it out. I just booked another holiday using their app and it was so easy. I bought a pair of winter boots from a store in Berlin not long ago and honestly, I'm really let down. The customer service was absolutely brilliant, I must say. The delivery person really stood out as exceptional. The bed itself is really sturdy and quite easy to put together, although I did face a few small problems trying to fix the bases and headboard because of the fabric covering the holes. But all in all, it's great value for money and I would definitely think about using this company again.

Failed delivery and lack of customer service
I had a terrible experience similar to Emma's too. I made a purchase on the 9th of May, but I still haven't received my order. I've sent several emails to customer service, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's really frustrating and unprofessional that they're not responding. I used to order from this company successfully before, so it's disappointing to see them failing to deliver now and not addressing customer concerns. I'm not happy that they took my payment in full on the 9th of May, but haven't sent me my goods or offered a refund despite my multiple requests. It's not right that they don't have a phone number for customers to call, no automatic email acknowledgments, and no follow-up from the company. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. There's obviously something seriously wrong within the company, but it's not okay to keep taking money from customers and not fulfilling their promises. It's really disrespectful to the loyal customers who have been supporting them. The lack of response to reviews, like mine, is worrying and just adds to the issues with this company. So, be cautious if you're thinking about buying from them.

The other staff were kind, but that one lady really spoilt it for me. It's a shame because I really liked the store.
