I can't believe the madness I'm dealing with at this place. I mean, I bought some furniture and they sent me the wrong stuff not just once, but twice! And now they're not even bothering to come and collect it so I can get my money back. How rude is that? I've had enough of them. The furniture is just sitting in boxes on my driveway, looking all sorry for itself. Ugh, I won't be making that mistake again!
Outdoor furniture set
I recently bought an outdoor furniture set from this company and I'm pretty satisfied with how it all went. The website was easy to use, so I had no trouble finding and buying the furniture I liked. I liked that they kept me updated on when the delivery would be, so it was good for planning my day. The furniture came well-packed and just as they had described it. I've been really enjoying having it in my outdoor space, it gives it a bit of a lively feel. The only downside is that I had to swap out the covers that came with it because they weren't totally rainproof. It was a bit annoying, especially with all the rain we've been having recently.
Daybed purchase for small garden
We're absolutely thrilled with the daybed we bought for our little garden. It's turned out to be even better than we hoped for. It fits perfectly in our outdoor area, giving me a lovely spot to unwind with a book during the day and a nice cosy spot for a drink in the evening. The design is really stylish and modern, and it was so easy to put together. The daybed came all nicely packaged and arrived quickly without any damage.
Day bed purchase
I just bought a day bed from this company and found ordering it super easy. The payment options were straightforward, and picking a delivery date was a breeze. However, I was let down by the lack of updates on when my delivery would arrive. It was annoying not knowing where my order was and having to contact customer service for updates. I had to reach out to them every time for information on my purchase, which was a bit of a hassle.

I recently bought some furniture from this company and I must say, their customer service team is top-notch. They helped me with the whole buying process and also gave me fantastic after-sales service.
Garden furniture purchase
My ordering experience was really easy and the delivery went smoothly. The garden furniture is just stunning and the cushions are top-notch. The furniture is so comfy, I can't even describe it. And the fact that it came already assembled is just brilliant. Even though I'm in Scotland and it hasn't stopped raining since the delivery, I'm excited for sunny days to come and enjoy the furniture even more.
Lovely furniture
I absolutely adore my new furniture! The quality is absolutely incredible and I wouldn't even think about buying it anywhere else. You might come across cheaper choices elsewhere, but trust me, they won't match up in terms of quality. The service was incredibly seamless and the delivery was also surprisingly fast. I couldn't be happier as a customer!
4 seater garden set
Round table 4 seats and parasol.superb quality and 5 star customer service. Highly recommended. Problem with parasol promptly sorted. Highly recommended.
May 2020
Placed an order on the 29th May 20, and delivery was made on the 9th July 20 as agreed. However some items were damaged and the colour of the cushions completely wrong. A list of the issues are below whcih were emailed to them on the day of delivery after speaking with Sandra in customer services.
Monaco Rattan Garden Day Bed Sofa Set in Black & Vanilla - SET-MON-002
-All the cushion are white with black trimming.
-The glass top for one of the coffee tables/bed is shattered.
-The suction to place the glass on the other coffee table/bed is not working.

-The rattan weave on the top of the table is loose and damaged.
As expected I am having to chase them everyday for a response and as previous comments there is either an issue with the systems or someone is blaming another department.
It has been a week since our delivery, and to date no one seems to want to take responsibility to resolve any issues.
I will probably need to speak to my credit card company as we have not received the goods we ordered.
Update 28 October 2020
I was sent a replacement table, which was also damaged, and then sent a grey table when my order clearly states 'Black'. All of this after I have been told that they have no table in stock at the moment. If I not notified them, they would have not even known the tables were delivered.
The replacement cushions were received, however, they were not the colour that I had ordered.
I have now 5 large boxes in my front living for the past 4 weeks, and despite me asking numerous times for a collection to be arranged they are still here. Apparently they are going to be collected on Friday.
I have been advised that I will have replacements sent to me end of November, 7 months after my original order. However, probably best not to trust anything that comes out of this company, as nothing they say actually happens.
Please take my advise, I stay away from this company. They simply do not care about their customers and fob you off. There are so many options available for rattan furniture, I only wished I had chosen another company when ordering mine.Cambridge table and chairs 8 Seater
Abysmal company and now reporting to trading standards. Avoid at all costs, diabolical customer service! Ordered in May (now August) and still waiting for redelivery of cushions!

Easy to place order and payment taken but unable to select delivery sedate online.
Then no communication despite stating will contact you in 24 hrs. I sent numerous emails with no response, despite stating will respond to emails in 24 hrs
Phoned a few times a day to be placed on hold, 30th in queue, requested call back then told 2nd in queue, after an hour waiting call drops or get a silent line
Eventually spoke to someone who advised despite estimated delivery date to be a Saturday, nothing has been booked as they do not deliver on weekend! But no one thought to contact and I form the customer, very strange
Finally order gets delivered, BUT table is coffee/ brown colour and chairs are black!
So they can’t communicate with customers and get delivery dates wrong but you, the customer needs to chase it up. Then they can’t get the right order out.Best furniture is rattan furniture
Rattan direct is a great online shop to buy rattan furniture which is perfect for garden, balcony and lawn spaces. I loved the kind of quality I get with rattan. I loved rattan material for furniture so much that i am trying to replace my house furnitures with rattan.
Rattan direct appear to be best options so far. soon after buying few options from here.
I must say, Rattan direct gives a huge range too choose, everything one might look for .
The delivery system is safe, fast and reliable.
I bought the products with 5 year warrantyAbsolutely abysmal ..ordered a bali bed early june agreed delivery date 31.7.20.
On ringing today there is no delivery other than September!!
