    Lovely furniture

    I absolutely adore my new furniture! The quality is absolutely incredible and I wouldn't even think about buying it anywhere else. You might come across cheaper choices elsewhere, but trust me, they won't match up in terms of quality. The service was incredibly seamless and the delivery was also surprisingly fast. I couldn't be happier as a customer!

    Placed an order on the 29th May 20, and delivery was made on the 9th July 20 as agreed. However some items were damaged and the colour of the cushions completely wrong. A list of the issues are below whcih were emailed to them on the day of delivery after speaking with Sandra in customer services.

    -All the cushion are white with black trimming.
    -The glass top for one of the coffee tables/bed is shattered.
    -The suction to place the glass on the other coffee table/bed is not working.

    -The rattan weave on the top of the table is loose and damaged.

    As expected I am having to chase them everyday for a response and as previous comments there is either an issue with the systems or someone is blaming another department.

    It has been a week since our delivery, and to date no one seems to want to take responsibility to resolve any issues.

    I will probably need to speak to my credit card company as we have not received the goods we ordered.

    Update 28 October 2020

    I was sent a replacement table, which was also damaged, and then sent a grey table when my order clearly states 'Black'. All of this after I have been told that they have no table in stock at the moment. If I not notified them, they would have not even known the tables were delivered.

    The replacement cushions were received, however, they were not the colour that I had ordered.

    I have now 5 large boxes in my front living for the past 4 weeks, and despite me asking numerous times for a collection to be arranged they are still here. Apparently they are going to be collected on Friday.

    I have been advised that I will have replacements sent to me end of November, 7 months after my original order. However, probably best not to trust anything that comes out of this company, as nothing they say actually happens.

    Please take my advise, I stay away from this company. They simply do not care about their customers and fob you off. There are so many options available for rattan furniture, I only wished I had chosen another company when ordering mine.

    Abysmal company and now reporting to trading standards. Avoid at all costs, diabolical customer service! Ordered in May (now August) and still waiting for redelivery of cushions!

    Easy to place order and payment taken but unable to select delivery sedate online.
    Then no communication despite stating will contact you in 24 hrs. I sent numerous emails with no response, despite stating will respond to emails in 24 hrs
    Phoned a few times a day to be placed on hold, 30th in queue, requested call back then told 2nd in queue, after an hour waiting call drops or get a silent line
    Eventually spoke to someone who advised despite estimated delivery date to be a Saturday, nothing has been booked as they do not deliver on weekend! But no one thought to contact and I form the customer, very strange
    Finally order gets delivered, BUT table is coffee/ brown colour and chairs are black!

    So they can’t communicate with customers and get delivery dates wrong but you, the customer needs to chase it up. Then they can’t get the right order out.
