Glasses
Do not order glasses with this company – worst purchase ever. Ordered in April, they were sent without the correct prescription. It took over six weeks following the return of the glasses to be sent a new pair. The new pair broke after three times of wearing. They refuse to provide a refund and say it will be a month before they can even decide what they will do. I needed glasses immediately. It will be four months by the time they come back to me as to what they intend to do. I just want my money back and to get glasses from a reputable company. Terrible customer service. Avoid and go for a UK based glasses company.

Airport transfer booking
I recently booked an airport transfer through a service, but unfortunately, the company assigned to pick us up didn't show up. Despite Hoppa's best efforts to contact them, we were left stranded at the airport in the middle of the night with no communication from the transport provider. It was really stressful, especially as we were in a foreign country and had no idea what to do next. In the end, we had to take matters into our own hands and make alternative arrangements to get to our accommodation.

Remittance transfer issues
I've had a frustrating time with my recent money transfers using this service. The processing time has been much slower than what I'm used to from similar services in the past. On top of that, I'm having trouble getting my payments through because they claim my account is 'invalid'. It doesn't make sense to me because that same account works fine with other services and it's definitely my own account. I'm disappointed with how this issue has been handled - the customer service team just keeps saying it's 'invalid details' without actually finding out what's gone wrong. It looks like the service isn't as good as it used to be, especially when it comes to working with their local partners. So, I've made the decision to stop using this platform and go back to more reliable options.

Overpriced, misleading policy
My experience with this travel insurance was really disappointing. I didn't get any help from customer service when I tried to understand my policy, and the information in the document was out of date. On top of that, the emergency number they gave me was wrong, leaving me stuck without help during a layover. Later I discovered that they don't cover trips with connecting flights, something important that they didn't mention when I bought the insurance. The way this company lacks transparency and communicates poorly is just not good enough, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

I bought this skincare product because my face was always going bright red due to rosacea. Surprisingly, it actually worked! My face still has some wrinkles, but at least it's not red constantly. There was a mix-up with the prescription initially, but they sorted it out for me free of charge after I sent them new photos. Additionally, they claim their products make me look younger than my actual age, so that's a bonus.

I was a bit unsure at first due to some iffy reviews, but I thought I'd go for it and purchased two gorgeous necklaces. And I'm so pleased that I did! The jewellery is absolutely beautiful, expertly made, and even came with certificates to prove their quality. I'm really looking forward to wearing one on my big day and giving the other to my mum, who had lost a similar special piece. The bonus gifts were a lovely addition to the whole package. Honestly, I couldn't fault my experience at all, even though I was a bit uncertain at the start.

I was really looking forward to purchasing some adorable underwear from this place, but it turned out to be such a let down. The photos online made the items appear so lovely, but when the product arrived, it wasn't as great as I had hoped. It didn't look as good or feel as nice as I had anticipated, and to top it off, it didn't fit me properly! When I attempted to return it, it was a complete nightmare. They took absolutely ages to refund my money, and I had to constantly bug them about it. I'm so grateful I used PayPal. If I had read all the negative reviews beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have made a purchase. Never again!

My friend, I've got to share with you this story about my visit to the bike shop. I arrived at the Clapham High Street store right before closing time with a pesky issue with my saddle. The manager didn't think twice, he grabbed his Allen keys, sorted me out expertly, and also took the time to walk me through what he'd done so I could fix it myself in the future. And would you believe it, he did all this with a smile and didn't charge me a penny! Now that's what I call excellent customer service. I've always had a high opinion of Evans Cycles, they're reliable and have some fantastic staff, like that manager.

As someone who travels a lot, I've been noticing that the service on this platform has been getting worse. There are more "Hacker Fares" now which involve self-transfers, making it a lot harder and more time-consuming to book flights. Also, the websites that Kayak sends you to sometimes end up being scams, which is really annoying and makes customers lose trust. It's all been a bit disappointing and I'm starting to doubt whether this platform is as reliable as it used to be.

I've lived in England for ages, so this accusation is really offensive and uncalled for. I realised I gave the wrong delivery address for my order after getting the dispatch notice. I contacted customer service straight away and was helped by a great lady called Patrycja. She was so helpful and noted down the new address, telling me she'd try to change it. We had a few emails back and forth, but then she actually called me to say the address had been changed successfully. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how she handled everything so well. It was nice to see such efficient and excellent customer service in action.

Odd shape car park, difficult lift access
Parking in the car park at the OMNi centre was quite tricky. The shape of the car park made it hard to figure out where to go, and finding the lift to the street was a bit of a challenge. At first, I wasn't sure about buying art prints online, but I was really impressed by the quality and service I received from this company. All in all, good course.

Ordered a swing 4 weeks ago. Due to covid19 I expected a delay which would be fine but no correspondence received from them at all other than original tracking information saying due to be delivered 2 weeks ago. When I got in contact with them, they don’t know when and cannot find out where my delivery is, due to not being able to communicate with their warehouse. They sent me a policy saying they are not liable for national issues and therefore not able to cancel my delivery. I have to wait for whenever it does turn up to refuse delivery and try seek a refund which could be another 4 week wait.
Poor customer service, poor correspondence and wouldn’t be surprised if they are going into administration and just trying to keepi people’s money without delivering goods. Don’t use this company online.Review about: 247 Home Rescue
Scammers - should be shut down
I am only leaving 1 star as it is not possible to leave none.
Cutting a very long story short 24/7 do not cover you for anything, yet were still happy to take £75 from us to 'fix' a problem they knew they 'didnt cover's then have the cheek to ask for more.
Then to add insult to injury we try cancelling and are advised that we can't cancel the policy unless we pay £144 and there was no one of a manager's status around to talk to. The complaint has gone in via the formal way now as advised by themselves but that could take 2months it says. Direct debit cancelled our end and credit card company going to support with the fight we are being faced with although reading some of the reviews over the internet will also be contacting bank to get a complete block on company as have seen so many reviews where they have just started taking money randomly as they keep hold of peoples details..... Staff attitude is utterly disgusting never come across anything like it.
Genuinely have no idea how these people are still going and have not been shut down. Will be looking to take this alot further to stop people continuing to be scammed. Urgent warning, risk to life
This company is now under investigation by the gas regulator for compliance issues. I recently referred the company and its engineer Thomas, based in the Northeast, for issuing a CP12 (Landlords gas safety check) when none of the legally required checks were carried out. This company and its engineers are putting people lives at risk, they are caring out unnecessarily and unsafe work.

I have been promised 4 management callbacks and no one has spoken to me to date, they refuse to give their public liability insurance details (if they have any).
I have now canceled the policy and used the direct debit clawback scheme to recover all the money taken by this rotten company. The company is also breaking the direct debit rules and taking a random amount of money from their bank account.
They are paying people for 5-star reviews.
They are not regulated, this is not emergency cover, and it is on a one-month rolling contract.

24/7 I can confirm you offer your customers money off their bill if they leave you positive reviews,. This happens when people first set up an account - I now understand why it is at the start as if you waited any longer there would be no positive feedback to give. The initial joining is the positive thing. So if this is in breach of site guideline's the site needs to look into this
"Risk to life" the title exactly describe the services by 247 home rescue (destroyer).
Today is the 7th Dec, my perfectly working boiler has been switched off by their engineer since the 27th Nov. I have just been informed that they have cancelled my membership and would not attend further service. I have been paying them for a few months and have been left with no heating, no hot water for 11 days, now they are gone! If I was in my 70s, 80s, I could have been frozen to death.
Killer company !
I am enjoying Shaw Academic after my first lesson. I like the modules, content and delivery. But I am not impressed with the idea of students buying toolkits and e-certificates. This is a global pandemic and we are currently not earning any money. Shaw Academy should think about how to help us acquire knowledge without spending already depleted resources.
