Large area rug
I recently bought a big area rug from this website and I have to say, it was a brilliant experience. The website was so easy to use, which made it really straightforward for me to find exactly what I wanted. They had loads of rugs to choose from, with lots of different styles and sizes available. On top of that, they kept me in the loop every step of the way about when my rug would be delivered.
Rug order with promised next day delivery and promo code
I recently ordered a rug from this company because it said it was in stock and available for next day delivery with a discount code. But, to be honest, my experience was pretty disappointing. I waited 17 days for the rug to arrive, even though I was promised it would be delivered the next day. When I contacted customer service, a guy called Graham told me the rug would be with me the next day, but it never showed up. Then, on the 18th day, I phoned them again and was told the rug was still on back order with no idea when it would come. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and broken promises, so I decided to cancel my order. But, they said I'd have to wait another 2-4 days for a refund. Overall, the service and communication from this company were really poor, and I think companies should only sell products that they actually have in stock and can give reliable delivery estimates for.

I bought a lovely rug from an online shop not long ago, and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The quality is top-notch and it looks amazing in my living room. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and stylish rug, including my friends and family.
