I recently bought a new rug and honestly, it was amazing. From ordering to delivery, everything was great. The website was easy to use and they have rugs for every budget. I also got the underlay as suggested and it really helped keep the rug in place. The quality of the rug was way better than I expected, the colour was just like the online picture and the pile was really plush and thick. I was so happy with my first purchase that I ended up buying another rug for a different room. Overall, I'm really pleased with Rugs Direct and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new rug.
Jazzy rug for the living room
I bought a bright, lovely rug for my living room from Rugs Direct not long ago. The quality and design are really great, but my experience was a bit spoiled by a delivery mix-up. I placed my order and then waited ages without hearing anything about when it would arrive. I got fed up with not knowing what was happening, so I got in touch with customer service to ask about my order. They told me that the courier had actually lost my rug, but they promised to send a replacement without delay. Finally, after waiting for a total of 6 days, the rug arrived. I do appreciate them fixing the problem, but it would have been much better if they had sorted out the logistics and kept me informed.

I recently bought a big area rug from this website and I have to say, it was a brilliant experience. The website was so easy to use, which made it really straightforward for me to find exactly what I wanted. They had loads of rugs to choose from, with lots of different styles and sizes available. On top of that, they kept me in the loop every step of the way about when my rug would be delivered.
Rug order with promised next day delivery and promo code
I recently ordered a rug from this company because it said it was in stock and available for next day delivery with a discount code. But, to be honest, my experience was pretty disappointing. I waited 17 days for the rug to arrive, even though I was promised it would be delivered the next day. When I contacted customer service, a guy called Graham told me the rug would be with me the next day, but it never showed up. Then, on the 18th day, I phoned them again and was told the rug was still on back order with no idea when it would come. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and broken promises, so I decided to cancel my order. But, they said I'd have to wait another 2-4 days for a refund. Overall, the service and communication from this company were really poor, and I think companies should only sell products that they actually have in stock and can give reliable delivery estimates for.
