I recently bought some really nice running shoes from this store. They arrived quite fast and everything was all good. I had seen some negative reviews about the store but decided to take a risk, and it turned out well for me. Maybe I was just lucky, who knows. Luckily, I already knew my size and the type of shoes I wanted, so I didn't have to stress about returning them.
Running shoes
I recently bought a new pair of running shoes from this company and I was pretty happy with them. The shoes were good quality and really comfy to wear. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery label as it didn't have enough info on it. This made it difficult for the courier to find my place because there was no road name included. As a result, I had to wait longer than expected to get my parcel.
Shoes purchased with free delivery from abroad
I had a really good experience with this company. I was a bit unsure at first, but I took a chance and ordered some shoes on a Saturday. To my surprise, they arrived by Thursday with free delivery from abroad. The communication from the company was excellent, with dispatch emails and tracking info. The shoes were exactly what I wanted and at a great price too.
Trainers ordered
I bought a new pair of trainers from Running Point and it all went really well. They kept me updated on my order and the trainers arrived on the following Thursday. It was all quite hassle-free and easy, which I liked. I'll definitely think about using Running Point again for my sports shoe needs in the future.
Adidas Terrex walking trainers purchase
I recently bought a pair of walking trainers from Running Point. At first, I wasn't sure about them as I'd never heard of the company, but I looked into it and saw that they were selling the trainers for much less than other places. Ordering was easy and the website was simple to use. My trainers arrived in less than a week, which was great since they came all the way from Germany. They were well packaged and in top condition. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest Running Point to others.

I bought some running shoes from this shop not long ago, but I've been having a bit of trouble getting my order. I took some shoes back to that shop ages ago and I'm still waiting for my money back! I sent the shoes back but haven't heard a peep from them to say they got them. I've sent loads of emails but no response. I'm really fed up and won't be shopping there again!

When I got in touch with customer service to ask about the delay, they weren't very helpful and just brushed me off, saying something about strikes causing the slow delivery. But, I had ordered stuff from other places around the same time and they came much quicker. The fact that they didn't take responsibility and their customer service was rubbish left me feeling let down and annoyed. I wouldn't recommend using this company if you need running gear.

The trainers came from Germany, and I didn't realise they wouldn't be sent directly to my house. Instead, they were sent to a Parcel Force HQ that was a 50-mile drive from my place. It was really frustrating not knowing this upfront, and I wouldn't have bought them if I had known. When it comes to deliveries, I think it's important to have clear information and make it easy for customers. Sadly, this experience didn't meet my expectations in that regard.
