Review about: Bed Kingdom
Bunk bed
Purchased a bunk bed. Tried putting it up but clearly pre-used and/or returned. Screws loose in packaging damaging the wood. Couldn't put it together - they had sent two duplicate boxes and missed another box (4 boxes). They would not pick it up and replace it. Wanted us to figure out which pieces were duplicates (out of hundreds of pieces of wood and screws) and return those alone in order for to receive the missing box. They would not swap because it was pre used either, they only wanted us to do that. Had to get a refund and return it which was a pain in itself as they make you jump through loads of hoops to return it... pictures, proof, then they want to take it and check it before they issue the refund. So pre used and not new, and you don't get what you purchase - a complete bunk bed. Paid hundreds for some pieces of a pre owned bed. Their customer service was terrible all I wanted was them to take it and deliver the bed I had purchased, I had to ask them so many times and they just refused. Wanting me to figure out duplicates and give those back only for me to get the missing pieces and keep all I had received even though it was used. Absolute nightmare. Can only think it's a scam it's so bad.

corner summer house
I bought a corner summer house from Garden Building Direct and was so disappointed with the quality. The thin plastic windows were so cheap and nasty that they moved about in the wind. I had to pay over £200 to get them replaced with glass. The actual structure was of poor quality, with gaps between the wooden slats. Once up the summerhouse leaked like a sieve from every wall, even with sealant, and I ended up having to clad the whole lot to keep the rain out at a further cost of over £200. I got in touch with the company and they said that I should have built it more than 2ft from the fence, yet it was leaking from all sides some that were not near a fence. Then they suggested that it wasn't on the right base - I bought the eco base from them! I was disappointed that they took no responsibility, even after asking them to send someone round - which they didn't. I would have been better off using my old garden shed, that's been up for 20 years and never leaked!

Elnur Gabarron combu HHR
I was contacted by Ecohive re: upgrading my old Dimplex heaters. These heaters have INCREASED my electricity bill by threefold, and the heater temperature gauges are faulty. At installation, the electricians used left holes in wall where they ripped the old heaters off, left a trail of bolts, screws and mess on the floor and put the "feet" supporting the heaters ON the carpet instead of under it, with old electric leads stuck under the feet.
The fact that the heaters DO NOT store heat as they should, and the maximum temperature is 25°c I found the heat stored is NOT good enough for freezing winters, as the heat is list by 17.00hrs and the "comfort" fan does not come on! Useless in comparison to my old Dimplex ones. I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD REPLACED THE OLD ONES IF I HAD KNOWN HOW USELESS THESE AREReview about: EcoHive

I was supposed to have free storage heaters fitted in July. I chose this company because the customer contact was excellent. Until I received a date for fitting. They didn't turn up and are ignoring emails and calls. Leaving a disabled person with no heating for the winter! Thank you echohive
Eco hive are a very strange company. They don’t do what they say. They lie and the heaters are not better and definitely not cheaper. I want mine gone but the people at Elnur are useless, lies there as well. The heaters are expensive and be warned if they get dis coloured or S each marks up the walls…. It will be something you have done …..

Same as everyone else:I never received my order after two months of waiting and couldn't reach the company by phone and my emails went unanswered. So I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau who sent me a template letter to send by post referring to the Consumer Rights Act. I also contacted my bank - the bank pushed the company for a refund because I had not received an item I paid for within the specified time frame. Please please please contact Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards and your bank to get your money back! Contact all three to get your money back and take this awful scam company down!

Put in for storage heaters to be replaced at the begining of september have tried phoning and left messages just want to know what is going on regarding replacement heaters we dont have any proper heating at the moment I cant give either positive or negative at the moment as I dont know whats going on please advise.

Same here. Just keep being told they are working through backlog but its been months now and no idea of when they will actually install. Not even a survey or quote after months
I applied in September 2020 and still haven't had mine yet. I get fobbed off every time I call, or worse, abuse for daring to ask what's happening. This company is honestly disgusting the way they treat people, its horrifying.

I have purchased the product from Unineed and this is my first time shop with them. After I received my product, I looked up the batch code online for the date of production. however, it couldn’t be found and showed error with this code. I sent two enquires to Unineed customer regarding this matter and questioning about whether the product is authentic and the reason why the code was not found. However, I never received any feedback from Unineed. This makes me more worried whether the items on Unineed are authentic.
I have the same issue and I compared the bottle to the authentic capsules bottle that I purchased from Elizabeth Arden, the bottles from Unineed looked weird and the prints/letters on the bottles are messed up, the actual capsules are thinner too.

4 days in of taking the products I started getting really bad stomach cramps, about 5 hours after taking the last drink so had to stop using it. I tried again a week later and again, after the drink really bad stomach cramps again! So definitely will not be re-purchasing!
I also think halving your calories is unrealistic. I’m usually on 1400 calories a day plus I exercise 5 days a week. I could not function on 700 calories!!

Left with my flat getting damp as the panel heater showed scorch marks, so did the others. But it’s my fault I was told it was because I smoke ( but I didn’t when these went in ) scented candles something in the air or the element. My bill has gone up too. I’ve tried to talk with Elnur but they are stalling two lots of engineers out saying different things, Eco hive are not what they say.
No survey carried out, if there had have been I shouldn’t have had forced air fans which these are due to astma.
I have damp in my bedroom as the panel heater I refuse to use it’s scorched, but they are blaming me.
These heaters are .... I too wish I kept my old ones.
People please be warned. I have now got to go to off gem. It’s been months since my first complaint to elnur with the very rude Matt telling me it was my fault.
Chris Snaith from Elnur said he’d help, he’s now not responding to my emails.
I will take this further as I’m not the only one that’s had problems, as they’ve tried to make out.
So upset my bill was £535 for two moths last years.
If you have these heaters it could be a choice of heater or eating.
