    Scentbox Subscription Purchase

    I was really excited about getting my daughter a perfume subscription from Scentbox. The idea was that she'd get a new perfume each month. I signed up in January 2022 and got an email on February 7th saying her first perfume had been sent out. They said it could take up to 15 business days to arrive. But after that time had passed, there was no sign of it. I got in touch with customer service, but all they said was to wait a bit longer.

    Vials not lasting, leaking spray

    Don't bother using this service, honestly. I bought these vials for me and my best friend, and they only lasted a week! The sprays were leaking all over the place, causing a huge mess. And on top of that, there's no way to cancel the subscription. They just keep charging you even if you try to email them to stop. It's a complete scam!

    My monthly subscription was supposedly sent out on January 17th, but when I checked the tracking info, it showed that the carrier never actually got the package. I sent an email to ask about it in early February but got no response. I followed up with another email a few days later, but it was also ignored. It's been a week now, and still no reply, no acknowledgment, and no sign of the item I paid for. I've decided to cancel my subscription and just chalk it up as a loss.
