Ready meals
I really like buying my ready meals from this place because the food is absolutely delicious! They have a wide variety of meals to pick from, but I do wish the Asian options had a bit more spice to them. I understand that not everyone enjoys spicy food though.

Baseball jersey purchase
This shop is terrible! I bought a baseball jersey over three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They never update me, ignore my messages, and their customer service is awful. I can't even reach them! It's clearly a scam. Avoid this website at all costs. I'm determined to get my money back.

Non-arrival of paid item
Unfortunately, I had a similar experience to the ones mentioned below. I paid for something but never received it. Even after I followed up multiple times and was promised a refund, I never got my money back after three months. So, I had to involve my bank to try and get my money back. I would recommend avoiding this company as their behaviour is basically like stealing. It's hard to understand how they're still allowed to carry on.

Dining table set
I bought a dining table set from the store not too long ago, and even though it was out of stock, I was given the choice of getting a refund or waiting for 4 weeks. I decided to wait it out, and I must say, I was pretty impressed with how they kept me in the loop during the waiting time. The staff even gave me a ring at one point to give me an update on my order and to check if I was happy with everything. The item turned up right on schedule, just as they promised, and I am really chuffed with how good the quality of the product is.

Bought contact lenses
I purchased some contact lenses from this store and couldn't wait to receive them. But you won't believe it - they actually came from the US, not Europe like they claimed! The customs fees were ridiculously high, it's just not right. I asked for a refund due to the incorrect order they sent me, but they denied. It's just not fair at all.

Furniture delivery and sofa addition
The delivery from this company was top-notch. They gave us clear and accurate info about when our stuff would arrive, so we didn't have to worry. The delivery guys were spot on - professional and quick. The furniture is gorgeous and now our living room is extra stylish and comfy. I'm really happy with this company and would definitely tell others to check them out.

Expense claim dispute
I must say, I was really impressed with the service we received. Jozef was so helpful in sorting out a dodgy expense claim on our business account. Everything went really smoothly and it was a relief not to have any stress with it, which isn't always the case with money matters. Seeing the money back in our account when they said it would be was a weight off our shoulders. It's nice to know that there are companies that really look after their customers well. A big thank you for the great service!
