My bracelet snapped only an hour after I put it on! It was really cheap and felt really flimsy. I bought a custom small puzzle recently and I have to say, I really love it. The puzzles they offer are really special and one-of-a-kind, making them a great gift for yourself or someone special. Although, I did have a bit of trouble with customs charges when my parcel arrived, since I ordered it from Italy. Despite this issue, the customer service from PuzzleUp was really quick and helpful in sorting out my worries. The queue at the online order collection counter is just a nightmare. Every time I go to pick up my order, there's always a never-ending line of customers there, either trying to exchange items or sort out problems. It's so annoying to have to wait for ages just to get something that I've already bought online. The whole system really needs to be sorted out and made more efficient and organised.

Stay at a cottage
I stayed at a cottage in Burnham Market, and honestly, it wasn't great. The place had issues with heating - no hot water and slow taps. There was a shortage of glasses and bowls, and to top it off, the sugar bowl was filthy. Cobwebs littered the place, there was sand in the living room, and I even found sweet wrappers under the bed! And let's not even mention the mini fly invasion. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience at all.

I just had the worst experience with this travel company and the airline they booked me on! Last weekend I was meant to go to Greece, and I tried to check in for my Hahnair flight - but it was cancelled! So I called the travel company, and after waiting on hold for ages, they said they'd try to book me on another flight with the same airline. I asked for an email confirmation because I was at my friend's wedding, but it never came. I had to call again, and they told me I was getting a refund and had to find a new flight. Flights for the next day were so expensive, so I had to wait until Monday to fly back. It was so frustrating!

I bought something from this gallery and it turned out to be a really bad experience. They got in touch to say that the piece I purchased wasn't actually available at the price they had advertised. They said it was an error on the seller's part to offer free postage and said they would give me a refund. But it was only when I got Paypal involved that they actually started the refund process, and it took a frustrating 6 weeks to get my money back. All in all, it was really disappointing and I would suggest staying away from this gallery or being ready to argue for your money back.

I came across this website by chance when I was looking for a car tidy, and I ended up buying a car tidy, a dry sack, and a dog harness. The whole order set me back only £20, including shipping. I got my order today, and everything was in great condition. The dog harness was really good quality - so good, in fact, that I ordered two more. Even though I was a bit unsure about the prices at first, all three items I bought are top-notch. I haven't had a chance to try out the dry sack yet, but I have no complaints about the car tidy or dog harness.

GPS tracker for cat
I wasn't sure about buying a GPS tracker for our cat at first because I didn't know if she would wear it or if it would work properly. Turns out, she ended up accepting it and it's been pretty good. However, the silicone case made her lose some fur under her neck, but she doesn't seem bothered by it. The location feature can be a bit strange, as it always defaults to the local tower when she's near the house, but once she moves away, we can track her location. The accuracy isn't perfect, it's a few meters off and sometimes takes a few minutes to update, but it gets the job done. The tracking isn't like a map, it's more point to point which isn't perfect but it's alright. The battery lasts about three to four days before needing to be recharged, and I usually top it up when it's at around 20% just to be safe. Overall, it's not a bad entry-level product.
