Terrible experience
This website is a total nightmare to navigate. The whole thing about having to make a whole new order just to make a simple change is ridiculous. And let's not even get started on the staff - one of them fed me conflicting information about when my refund would come through. Absolutely clueless!
Return order, money gone
I recently returned an order but haven't got my money back yet. I reached out to customer service but they didn't bother to look into it. I never heard back from them.
Winter jacket
I recently bought a winter jacket from this company with the hope of getting a good quality product for the cold months ahead. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with how things turned out. When the jacket arrived, FedEx got in touch to tell me I had to pay duty on the import. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on SneakerStudio's website, which was really frustrating and ended up costing me more than I expected. When I tried to sort it out, both SneakerStudio and FedEx were not helpful at all, and it took a whole week of back and forth just to get return details from SneakerStudio. Even when I sent back the jacket, I didn't get a refund for the duty I had paid. The whole experience felt misleading and unhelpful, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Received incorrect sized and mismatched trainers
I bought some trainers from Sneaker Studio, but when they arrived, I got two shoes in different sizes that didn't match. They weren't even the ones I wanted! When I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful. They just told me to order the right pair again. To top it off, they only gave me a FedEx label for returning the shoes. The problem was, Sneaker Studio isn't in the UK, so I couldn't use a FedEx drop-off point. The whole situation was a let-down and really frustrating.
My new shoes
I've just picked up my new shoes from this shop and they're absolutely awesome! The design is so cool and they fit perfectly. I can't wait to show them off to all my friends at school!
3 pairs of trainers
I recently bought 3 pairs of trainers and was really happy with the price and quality. But then I got hit with an unexpected £70 international shipping tax from FedEx, which was a shock. The website didn't mention this extra cost, and it was really stressful and annoying for me. People should be told about hidden charges like this before they buy anything. Just be careful when you're ordering stuff online!
Recent shoes
I went on the internet and bought a pair of shoes, but then I realised that I accidentally ordered two pairs. I messaged them immediately to cancel one pair, but they still sent me both! It's like they don't even check their messages. I returned one pair quickly, but I'm still waiting for my refund. I had to get Paypal involved, and even then, they only wanted to refund half the money. It's really not fair, is it?
Trainers
Tried to order some goods from their website. Promise fast, free delivery. But the first issue I've encountered was that there was no payment method available, nor anyone has sent me any invoices or instructions for the payment. Had to chase them myself, it took them 24 hours to respond to each of my queries (first they gave me standard payment details which are also available on their website, not suitable for foreign transactions, therefore had to chase them some more) which slowed down the process and resulted in cancelled order (there is set frame of time when the goods need to be paid for, but because I did not have details who to make payment to, they simply cancelled my order). Therefore, although great variety of products at good prices, terrible service and communication. Shame couldn't have items that have ordered. Advice for SneakerStudio: improve your communication and payment experience and your client numbers will double. Upsetting, if I knew from the start, would have gone somewhere else to purchase the goods and received them on time (for my holiday)
Adidas Spezial
Do not go anywhere near theses guys, they are an absolute nightmare. In times when online customer service has no choice but to be excellent (and lets face it most reputable operations do!) this lot are stuck in the stone age.
I clicked the incorrect size when ordering, as soon as I noticed, which was like 30 seconds later I emailed them and advised that I needed the bigger size, I got no response. I then received their automated message advising me that my order was shortly being picked and that if I wanted to make any changes, I needed to it now. So I advised that I needed the larger size. The next thing I hear was that the my order was sent with the size I originally ordered (the wrong size), with a note saying that I advised them to late for any changes to the order WTF!
The trainers went back and the refund process was simply the most painful experience of the lot. Firstly, they questioned the return of the item (which seems to be a common theme of theirs reading some of the other reviews) and then it was barrage of smiley faces/emojis from them when expressing my concerns for the delay in getting the refund.
I was tempted into these guys as their Adidas originals were slightly cheaper than the usual online brands. A big lesson learnt, you really do get what you pay for.Shoes
Negative. I bought some shoes, they said that 4 working days would be the delivery and it's been 15 days already. I haven't received any mail and it's starting to look like a scam.
