    Berlin sneakers

    I recently got myself a pair of Berlin sneakers from Sneakerstudio and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. Those sneakers had bits of glue sticking out, different textures of suede, and the inside felt like cloth. This isn't the first time this has happened with this brand, as I had a similar issue with a pair of Padihams I bought before. I reckon they might have got hold of a dodgy batch of shoes, which would explain the lower price tag. When I tried to return the sneakers to the warehouse in my town, they said it couldn't be done, which just goes to show how inflexible their customer service can be. Overall, my interactions with Sneakerstudio have been all about the inflexible customer service and shoddy products.

    I was really pleased with how fast my order was sent out and delivered. I ordered it on the 5th of September, and it was dispatched the very next day, reaching Singapore by the 10th of September. The only let-down was that the item I bought didn't have a brand tag and was just put in a simple clear bag. But even with that little hiccup, I was still content with how everything went down. The item was out of stock in other places, so I was chuffed to get it at a good price.

    My wrong shoe

    I ordered the wrong shoe, returned it, and haven't heard anything since. They're not replying to my emails or messages, invoices, or reaching out to me. It seems like they're just trying to scam people.

    I popped down to the shop on High Street to pick up my new trainers. They're really cool and super comfy, plus the design is amazing! The staff there were really friendly and helped me find the perfect size. When I got home, I couldn't wait to show all my friends how awesome my new trainers are!

    Sneakers order

    Recently, I ordered a pair of sneakers from this store, but I was really disappointed with how they turned out. The quality just wasn't up to scratch - they looked like replicas, the stitching was shoddy, and the white colour was more of a greyish shade. It wasn't at all what I was expecting from the description of the product. I tried to return them straight away, but I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven't been given a return label or any information on how to send them back. This lack of communication and responsiveness has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my shopping experience. I definitely won't be ordering from this store again in the future, and now I'll have to cover the cost of returning the sneakers myself.

    Faulty trainers

    I recently got a new pair of trainers from Sneaker Studio, but sadly, they turned out to be faulty after just one wear. I got in touch with their customer service team, and to be fair, they replied quite quickly. They gave me the choice of either getting a refund or sending back the trainers. I chose the refund because I didn't have the box anymore. But then they changed their mind and took back the offer, which left me feeling let down and annoyed because I thought we had sorted things out. I've been emailing back and forth with the same person from customer service, but we haven't made any progress in fixing the problem. Overall, my experience with Sneaker Studio has been really disappointing, and I won't be using their services again in the future.

    I recently bought a pair of trainers from an online shop and it didn't go too well, unfortunately. The delivery got delayed twice, and I only got the trainers after I got in touch with customer service. When they finally arrived, I found a fault with them which the company said happened in their warehouse. I had to go through the bother of sending them back and requesting a refund, but they didn't give me back the shipping fees. I had to prove to them that the refund was wrong before they sorted it out. All in all, the customer service was really disappointing and not great at all.

    Jacket ordered, money transferred, no goods received

    This place is a total rip-off! I bought a jacket, paid for it, and still haven't got it. What's worse, they're ignoring all my emails asking where the jacket is. It's so unfair and dishonest to take my money and not even bother to reply. Stay well away from this place, unless you like being taken for a ride.

    I really love this website, you know? I was a bit hesitant at first because of all the amazing sales, but I decided to go for it and ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on separate occasions. One pair was about 50€ and the other was around 360€. Surprisingly, both orders arrived really quickly, like in 2-3 days after ordering. The boxes had a few minor dings, but the shoes inside were in perfect condition. I can definitely vouch for the authenticity of these shoes, so you can trust this website for sure.     I was over the moon when I managed to get my hands on a pair of Adidas Berlin trainers at Sneakerstudio, as I had been struggling to find them anywhere else in the UK. The price was a decent £96, so I went ahead and placed my order without any bother. I was chuffed when my trainers turned up within just a few days, carefully packed in a double box. I also got regular updates on the status of my order, which was nice as it kept me in the loop. Despite worrying about any post-Brexit delivery issues, everything went smoothly. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the top-notch service from Sneakerstudio, and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

    Shoe return due to incorrect sizing

    I had to send back a pair of shoes because they didn't fit me. It was a right hassle though, as it took a whopping 14 days for me to get my money back. I tried reaching out to customer service via email a few times but got nowhere. In the end, I had to turn to Paypal's buyer protection to sort it out.     Recent shoe purchase

    I bought some shoes from this shop not long ago and it's been a real nightmare. I placed my order and paid almost a month ago, but I still haven't got my shoes. When I got in touch with their customer service, all they said was "YOU SHOULD RECEIVE THE TRACKING LINK! THAT'S HOW IT WORKS!" I didn't even get a tracking link, let alone an order number or confirmation email. It's been really disappointing.

    Sneakers that fell apart after a couple of wears

    I'm really disappointed with the sneakers I got from this store because they totally fell apart after only wearing them a few times. So I sent them back hoping to get a new pair, but all they gave me was a small 10% discount for a faulty shoe. I found that completely unacceptable! I said no to their offer and then never heard from the shop again. Luckily, I managed to get my money back thanks to Paypal's buyer protection. I definitely won't be buying from there again!

    Two pairs of shoes

    I bought two pairs of shoes, but had a really bad time with this shop. I tried to cancel one order, but it looks like they ignored my email because I never heard back. The stuff turned up, and I had to fork out my own cash to send it back. I haven't got my money back, and the seller is blanking my emails. I had to get Paypal Buyer Protection involved, and the seller is still nowhere to be seen. The delivery guys came with another parcel, but I said no thanks. I've taken things further with Paypal. I doubt I'll hear from the seller now. My advice - shop somewhere else.
