Recent trips feedback
All my recent trips have been brilliant! The hotels and service have been top-notch, and the excursions provided have been great. I really like that the single supplement is reasonable compared to other companies. I hope they don't start increasing these supplements or giving misleading descriptions like a "cozy double" for a double bed in a single room. Caledonian is always my go-to for booking trips - I've already got trips lined up for July and August.

Mystery box purchase using wowcher
I ordered a mystery box through Wowcher on the 6th of February. Even though I didn't get any confirmation from the company, both PayPal and Wowcher confirmed that the payment and redemption went through. As the 30-day mark got close, I sent an email to ask for an update, but got no reply. When I emailed again on the same day, suddenly my order status changed to 'completed.' At first, I felt like I might have been scammed, but then I got an email from the courier at 4pm saying the parcel would be with me soon. The next day, I got the delivery from DPD and was happy with what I got. Not everything in the mystery box was my cup of tea, but there was a good mix and it was value for money. Due to this, I've changed my rating from 1 to 4, but the lack of communication and the negative initial impression are still on my mind.

The prices at this place are really good, I can't deny that. However, I was disappointed when one of the boxes I received was incredibly damaged. Sure, there was a sticker on it saying the packaging was damaged, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website when I was making my purchase. Despite this issue, I can overlook it because of the great prices I got. The delivery was surprisingly fast, so I can't complain about that either. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience, but they could definitely improve on their transparency about damaged goods.

I recently bought something online and it was a complete disaster. It took ages for my order to turn up, and when it did, it was all wrong. Coach trip to Scotland
My recent coach trip to Scotland was really good. The journey was nice, all thanks to our fantastic driver. The trips were well organised and our guide was truly amazing. The hotel we stayed in was lovely, but I was a bit let down by the entertainment and food. I had to send back a meal because it wasn't up to scratch. The entertainment throughout the trip was mostly not great, except for the last night which was really good.

When I tried to sort it out, both SneakerStudio and FedEx were not helpful at all, and it took a whole week of back and forth just to get return details from SneakerStudio. Even when I sent back the jacket, I didn't get a refund for the duty I had paid. The whole experience felt misleading and unhelpful, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The poor communication and slow responses to emails and letters is just not on. I had a much better experience with Prudential, they managed to sort out a similar process in just 7 weeks. I wish I'd gone with them instead and I'd recommend others steer clear of this company.

I have to say, booking this self-catering cottage turned into a complete nightmare. When I arrived, the cups and cutlery were stained, and there were so many chipped plates and bowls. It was not a great start at all. But the real kicker was finding my car scratched when I left, even though I had parked exactly where they told me to. Norfolk Hideaways wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage, which left me with a £250 repair bill. I won't be using their services or booking this cottage again, that's for sure. My advice to anyone thinking of booking this place - watch out for parking problems and lack of accountability.

Chair purchase
When I received my chair from your company, I was really happy with how you kept me informed about the delivery. However, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the delivery service, Parcelforce. The delivery guy seemed in a rush and just left the box with the chair on the ground floor, even though I'm 82 years old. It made me feel a bit uneasy about future deliveries in case this happens again. Plus, putting the chair together wasn't as easy as I thought it would be - the Allen key and screws provided were a bit tricky. But after getting in touch with Customer Services, I managed to assemble the chair with the help of the instructions given. It might be a good idea for your company to think about these things for future customers. Despite these difficulties, I'm really happy with the chair itself and pleased with my purchase.

The quality of the product is fine, however Garden Trends are only a reseller, so have no control over the quality. They also experienced significant supply chain issues with my order, which took 7 months to arrive, however, this was out of their control. What fundamentally let them down was the complete lack of customer service. I have never experienced anything as poor as this. They took my money and gave me a 2 month lead time on my order, which due to the supply chain issues took far longer to arrive. If anyone had taken the time to explain the situation or even bothered to proactively update me, it could have changed the whole experience, but no.... I had to chase them weekly and ask them what was happening. When I did, I was both lied to and mislead. I asked to be updated on a weekly basis, even if the update was that there was no update. This basic customer service request was however ignored, continously. Only once was I called back, on every other occasion I had to waste my time in chasing them, fruitlessly. Would I purchase anything from them again? No, unequivocally not. The general lack of care was stunning. I imagine I was one of many whose order was delayed due to supply chain issues, however, if Garden Trends had bothered to be proactive in their approach to managing their customers expectations (customer services 1-0-1), then I would have been happy to offer more stars based on them managing a difficult situation well, however they didn't, they made me feel like a nuisance and showed no interest in anything other than getting me off the phone.
If you're thinking of ordering anything from them, make sure it is in stock, if it has to be ordered, in my personal experience, it will take a lot longer than they say, and when you ask them for the truth, they will lie to you.
Not a great experience at all.
