I've never come across such rude and arrogant staff in a store before. The service here is absolutely terrible, let me tell you. The staff act like they're doing you a favour just by acknowledging your existence. It's a shame because the products are actually quite nice, but having to deal with such awful employees ruins the whole experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars, 1 star is too generous. The staff are so disrespectful and show no appreciation for the customers. Especially that one Asian man, I don't know how he still has a job with his attitude. Buying sunglasses at this store feels like a punishment. Remember, it takes years to gain a customer's loyalty, but only a second to lose one, and they have definitely lost one here.
Quick shipping, slow refund
I recently bought three pairs of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut online, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived. The sunglasses all came in their original boxes with pouches and cleaning cloths, and they were all real and in perfect condition. However, I've had a bit of trouble with a return I made in-store about 2 weeks ago. Despite being told I'd get a refund quickly, I haven't seen the money back in my account yet. It's frustrating because most other shops would have sorted this out by now. Sunglass Hut really needs to work on improving their refund process to match their speedy shipping.

My recent trip to Sunglass Hut was really good. I lost my Oakley gascans, so I thought I'd pop into Sunglass Hut on a whim, not really expecting to find what I needed. They didn't have the exact pair I wanted in stock, but a lovely staff member said they could order them for me. She used her iPad to place the order quickly and also applied a discount from my email. Before I knew it, I had my receipt and my special sunglasses were on their way to me. I was really impressed by how efficient and helpful the service was.
Try on option
Shopping at this store is an absolute breeze. I love that they have a "try on" option, it's a total game changer for me when I'm looking to buy sunglasses. Actually being able to try them on before buying makes such a difference in finding the perfect fit and style for my face. I don't have to worry about ordering online and then being let down when they don't look right in person. The sunglasses are really good quality too, I always manage to find a pair that I really like. The customer service is always super friendly and helpful, which just makes the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. I found the online ordering process at Sunglass Hut to be really efficient and easy to use. It was simple to find the exact sunglasses I was after, pop them in my basket, and make my purchase without any bother. The website was very user-friendly and I liked how smooth the whole experience was.

I have to say, the service I got at the store was outstanding. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, assisting me in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses. Buying my new pair of sunglasses was a breeze! I just had a look around the website and found the perfect ones for me. It was really straightforward and secure. I'll definitely use it again if I need more sunglasses.

I wasn't sure about buying sunglasses online at first because I was worried about the quality and how they would fit. But I can happily say that I was really impressed with the pair I got from Sunglass Hut. They arrived quickly, with fast shipping, and were in perfect condition. They fit me perfectly and I've been wearing them every day and loving them. I honestly don't know how I managed without them before.
Sunglasses
Avoid this company at all costs, since placing an order on the 6th October, I have had to send no less than 82 emails to either them or their couriers chasing the status of my missing order. It was originally supposed to be shipped on the 10th of October and I get a delivery confirmation from their courier Evri on 22nd October. The item was not here. Furthermore, the concierge on site said that the Courier hadn't even been on site on that day. I reported the item missing and heard nothing back I had to chase another three or four times before I got a reply. I spoke to them on the phone, and they virtually accused me of stealing the order because they said there's no way the Courier system could be wrong and ask me to sign loads of written statements and provide copies of my ID which I refused. After several days backwards and forwards the currier eventually admitted that the item had been lost in their system, I forwarded the same back to this retailer only to be accused once again of having misappropriated the item and asked to provide my identification documents, which I again refused. They are refusing to send a replacement item or issue a refund even though Evri have admitted liability in writing and instructed Sunglass Hut to issue a lost item claim against Evri. This is beyond a joke, I will never ever be using SGH again.
Persol Sunglasses
Company should be ashamed. They advertise a 90 returns policy but cleary train their staff to do anything they can to refuse the refund. I needed to return a pair of glasses less than 24 hours after buying them. Upon returning them to the store the next day (Oxford Street) the lady literally started making up reasons not the accepted them back. First up she said the arms were bent, then she said the glass was scratched, then she said they were ... because of a finger print. We’ll the glasses had never been taken out of the box. It was one of the most despicable acts I’ve ever encounter in a shop. Lying to my face in order to refuse the item. In the end her colleague came over and said she couldn’t see any thing wrong with them. After a lot of arguing I managed to get a refund, but what a terrible way to treat customers. This company has awful reviews all over the internet. Please spend your money elsewhere, do not support business like this. They do not deserve to trade.
Stylist And best quality sunglasses
I love sunglasses, not just for wearing but I also like to collect. For a very long time I am buying sunglasses from sunglass hut. I get best quality in glasses , with good price rates. The ordering process is really fine. However it can be better as it takes too much time to process and something is wrong with cart thing. It doesn't save selected items sometimes.
Apart from that, the colors are available. So its good to have something where I can order whatever I want.
