Laptop
When I first got my hands on a laptop from Tech in the basket, I was buzzing with excitement. But my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment when I realised their so-called "price guarantee" was just an empty promise. The laptop’s price plummeted shortly after I bought it, yet they shrugged off my request for a refund of the difference. I felt like I’d been taken for a ride. Their deceptive terms and lack of openness left a bad taste in my mouth, and I reckon others should watch out for similar shady practices.

Item arrived within specified time. I wanted to return the item, comms was good and offered a discount if I wanted to keep the item. I still wanted to return, once the refund came through it was not a full refund10 restocking fee, despite there being no mention of this in their T&Cs. Contacted them to request the rest of my refund but since been ignored! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
