Laptop-friendly suitcase with stability issues
I recently bought a suitcase that's supposed to be laptop-friendly from this company. The idea is great for carrying my laptop around, but I did come across a few issues with it. The small bag on top meant for the laptop is a bit tricky to zip and unzip, which can be a hassle when I need to get to my laptop quickly while on the go. Also, when the laptop is in the bag and attached to the suitcase, it doesn't make the whole thing very stable. It wobbles a bit, which isn't ideal when moving around. On top of that, the zippers in general don't seem very strong and durable, which worries me about how long the suitcase will last.

Fruit trees
I'm really not happy with the fruit trees I bought from this company. Their website said the trees would only grow up to 2m, but the EU Plant Passport tags on the trees said they could reach up to 4m. My garden is too small for that. I felt like I was given wrong information on the site. When I called customer service to talk about it, they didn't even listen when I mentioned consumer protection law. They just said I had to send the trees back myself. The cost of returning them was more than half the price of the trees, and they couldn't guarantee a refund.

Quality of the stitching
I'm sorry, but I've noticed that the stitching on this item is really not up to scratch. It's only been 3 months and already the seams are falling apart, especially on the blazer. It seems to be a common problem, not just with your stuff but also with other German or Swiss cotton underwear brands. I had to take the blazer to a tailor to get it fixed, costing me an extra 20 euros. It's really put me off shopping now, which is a shame.

Trying to hunt down this missing tyre has been a disaster, and I'm really let down by the whole experience.

I bought my mattress about 3 years ago and it's been like sleeping on a fluffy cloud! It's really comfortable and I never wake up with a sore back anymore.
