Incorrect item sent twice
What a complete joke! I ordered a present for my wife's birthday and got sent the wrong thing not just once, but twice. Dealing with returning it was a nightmare, I had to keep chasing Flannels to sort out their mess. Thanks to their incompetence, my wife's birthday ended up being ruined. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
Birthday gift top
I got this top for my dad's birthday and he really loved it! He was so happy when he opened it, had a big smile on his face. The top looked really good on him too. The delivery was on point as well, so thanks for making his birthday so great!
Perfume and makeup purchase
The service I got at the shop in Liverpool was amazing. Jan really went out of her way to help me with my perfume and makeup stuff. She clearly knew her stuff and gave me some really good advice. I would definitely suggest her to anyone needing help with these things.
10 times worn golden shoes
I bought these really awesome golden shoes around 9 months back, but unfortunately I've only used them about 10 times. I'm not using them for any marathons, just wearing them out with friends, you know? And now they're starting to come apart! I returned them to the store to get them checked out, and they're blaming me for the damage! It's so disappointing, isn't it? I spent all that cash on shoes that can't even survive a couple of nights out. I won't be purchasing from them again!
Poor quality goods
I bought some stuff from this company not long ago and I was pretty disappointed with the quality. When I tried to send them back, the customer service I received was really bad. It was just not great how they dealt with everything. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone, to be honest.
Online order
The item was delivered by dpd and left of my door step ,I was at work at time and when I returned from work there was not parcel there,I know it was delivered as dpd sent me a update with a picture of it left outside my door it obviously had been stolen!it was a expensive item£180 I contacted them and emailed the form for the missing item it will be nearly four weeks since i contacted them regarding the item and refund but still no refund I will never buy from them again and find it unacceptable that my refund hasn’t been issued yet .no stars from me

Worst company ever - worst customer service ever! Please never use them!Versace top and jogging bottoms
This company have no concept of customer service. An order on the the 19th of December still not arrived and email after email of lies. Phone them and auto system tells you the order is with the courier and a link will be sent in seconds...nothing. Then on hold for 11 minutes when the music cuts and you are left with what sounds like an open line, then the line is cut.
Auto chat tells me I should have the order delivered by the 24th December!! Countless emails telling me it waiting for the courier then it hasn't been picked yet, then it is with the courier and I can't get a refund, just don't accept the order ,then it has been lost in transit and they are refunding me even though part of the order is still available on line. The the ultimate insult..a 10% reduction on my next order with a value over £100!!!! ANYBODY CAN GET THIS ONLINE!!!!
I will pursue this company for the rest of my natural life or until they get me my order or a suitable alternative.
