    Black Classic Shoes

    I recently bought a pair of classic black shoes from Dapper Street as a picky customer. When they arrived, I noticed that my usual size was a bit big, but a smaller size would have been too tight. Not a big fan of the bumps on the soles, but I have to say, the overall look of the shoes is pretty stylish and modern. I was hoping to wear them on my beach holiday, but sadly they're not suitable for extreme heat. Despite this downside, the shoes came in fancy packaging and in perfect condition. I like that they can be worn with different outfits. I really hope the brand will think about making a new design without the bumps, as it would make the shoes much better for customers like me.

    Hey, so I grabbed my ticket online and it was a piece of cake. The staff were really friendly and cheerful! Just a heads up, you should definitely get your ticket online rather than on the bus as it's much cheaper, like nearly 2 euros cheaper! That's the cost of a whole ice cream cone you're saving, mate. So yeah, all in all, had a great time with the service and prices at this spot.

    Oh my goodness, our trip to the showroom was absolutely fantastic! There were so many wonderful sofas and chairs to choose from, it was really difficult to make a decision. Sam was incredible, she was so helpful and patient in helping us select the ideal style and fabric for our living room. When our sofa and chairs finally arrived, Peter and Mark did a fantastic job delivering and putting everything together.     The whole process from having the blood tests done to getting my medication has been really smooth and efficient. I got my blood test results back quickly, and the explanations were thorough and easy to follow. Then I had a doctor's appointment scheduled promptly, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly to me. Two days after seeing the doctor, my testosterone medication arrived, along with all the equipment I needed to start treatment. I am thankful for the easy and stress-free experience I've had with Optimale. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with low testosterone symptoms.     Property in Porlock, beautiful location

    The property in Porlock was amazing! It was right in the middle of town, so it was really convenient for us to explore the area. The house itself was so nicely done up and had everything we needed for a really comfy stay. We got a lovely welcome gift when we arrived, which was a really nice surprise. The living areas were big and the patio was great for enjoying the views. The rooms were well-equipped and nicely set up, which made our stay even better. Overall, this place went above and beyond what we expected, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chilled break in Porlock.

    I bought a rug for my living room from this company, and I was really let down. The quality wasn't good at all, and the colour was totally different from what I saw online.     Thames boat trip from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier

    We arranged for an Uber boat trip from Westminster Pier to Greenwich Pier and when we got there, it was a bit of a nightmare. There was a massive queue with around a hundred people in front of us. We had to wait in line for well over an hour before we could finally get on a boat. And to top it off, two boats had already gone past us full to the brim.

    This holiday company is a complete nightmare! Me and my mate were just hanging out by the gate for ages, waiting for our turn to get on the plane. When we were about to board, they suddenly changed the gate without letting anyone know and then had the nerve to say we couldn't get on the flight! It was a total disaster! We were so stressed and ended up having to spend an extra 400 quid on a hotel and another flight. And on top of that, the customer service was useless and only made things even worse.     I paid a bit extra for gift wrapping on my order, but when it arrived it was a complete disaster! The corners were all creased, the paper was ripped, and it honestly looked like it had been butchered with a spoon instead of scissors.     I had a bad experience with a delivery from this company recently. I paid a lot for my order, but the courier didn't handle the package well and just left it in the garden without getting a signature like they said they would. When I got back home, the package was gone. The courier said we signed for it, but that wasn't true. FRMODA blamed the courier company, but in the end, I didn't get my order and lost nearly £400. I think it's not right for a well-known company to not take more responsibility for making sure their products are delivered safely. I hope they think about using better safety measures, like insurance, to protect customers like me from these kinds of problems in the future. I'm really unhappy with this whole situation and won't be ordering from them again.

    I booked a package holiday to Fuengirola - Las Palmeras Hotel and was very much excited to go on holiday for the first time in a year. Before booking I checked the reviews and everything seemed OK (I may have only looked at around 5 or 6). Anyway, thought I would have a look again (now that I had booked) and I have noticed that people have reviewed and said that they have experienced lots of cockroaches in the hotel rooms, that the pool is ... and also the fact that construction works have commenced so that you can't even enjoy and relax by the pool if you wanted to. I booked an AirBnB and a new flight. I contacted LoveHoliday to ask them if they would refund me the admin fee, they said that they would come back to me within 48 hours but didn't. Four days later they came back with "We've spoken to the Supplier and they have confirmed that the hotel is fine, have a nice holiday". I have now cancelled the booking and spend 40 minutes on the phone to someone who said that this can't be refunded, she spoke to the 'support' team who relayed the same information. I then proceeded to ask to speak to a Manager, no one available. Asked to speak to the 'Support' team, no one available. I felt sorry for the call centre agent if I'm honest, she even admitted that she would like to start looking to work for a different company because she has to deal with this everyday. Anyway, they have now stolen £75 for doing absolutely nothing apart from incorrect advertising a hotel. I am disgusted that a company could be so unhelpful and not even have a care in the world. I will be sure to make reviews on every platform to shame this awful company. Disgusting how they can just take money from people without doing anything! Fuming.

    Recieved my order in a disgusting state! A small box which stunk of nail polish, as I feared when I opened it, a bottle had exploded and nail polish had leaked onto the other four bottles and packaging. It was so strong I had to quickly take photos and bin the lot, five polishes gone! Expensive ones too. The packaging was careless smushing five bottles together in a tiny box instead of individually wrapping them and using a ... box for padding which most beauty companies do.

    I emailed Nail polish direct and they said the only way they can refund me for this mess was if I went routing through the bin and sent the leaked nail polish and damaged bottles back to them. All the bottles were sticky, covered in polish, labels and packaging ruined. The company have done nothing to put this right. They expect their customers to return leaked nail polish and broken glass to them, that's not even safe and no courier would even accept that. Disgusting way to treat orders and customers. DON'T buy from them, they don't give a ... about your order or your custom. Your bottles will break or explode in the post as their packaging is minimal.

    Was informed that there was an offer of no installation charge and you paid for the cameras instead and they are yours. This was a sales lie and after 6 months we asked to go to the un-monitored system as per the sales person to be told we still had to pay a monthly fee. On installation they leave a mess blue dye all over my hall way the packaging a bits everywhere. They don't care, they don't listen to instructions on where you would like certain things. They also ask you to sign to say it has been installed you can't leave notes and they copy your signature across to there T...C's.
    I have been asking for a copy of my contract since Novemeber and i recieved it last week to find that my partners signature was copied over and not a separtate signature each time.
    They never come and service.
    I have been trying to get the equipment removed from my property since November 2022 and it is still there. i have written about 15 emails of complaint and still no resolve. 5 Cancelled call outs to remove the equipment. Cancelled on there end due to unforeseen circumstance and are still chasing us for money.
    Please avoid at all costs. They have no care for there customers and will leave you stressed, depressed and frustrated.

    I ordered a home trial on the 12th Sept, on the 20th Sept I contacted them as the trial had not arrived and was told there are delays due to customs requirements. The trial finally arrived on the 23rd Sept. The trial was returned on the 27th Sept and received by them on the 1st Oct. On the 5th Oct they told me the trial hadn’t been returned and they had charged me. I sent them the tracking details showing that they had received the trial back on the 1st Oct. They apologised told me they would refund the trial cost, as they had received it back, and said that they charge for the trial if it isn’t returned within 21 days of it being sent. I pointed out to them that the trial arrived back with them on day 20, and that the only reason it took this long was due to the custom delay when the trial was sent out, and that I would expect them to be aware of these delays by now and make allowances for it. On the 7th October the £577 was taken from my bank account leaving me overdrawn. I contacted them again, to express how unhappy I am with this, and to tell them I will find out the overdraft costs and I will expect them to reimburse me. I received a reply telling me the trial hadn’t reached their warehouse, but that they would refund me the £577 as a gesture of goodwill!
    I explained that they had already told me they had received the trial back as confirmed in a previous email from them, I have also told them, I will issue a small claim if they don’t pay the bank charges, as these have been occurred solely because of their incompetence.

    Just to add insult to injury I have also just received a marketing email from them trying to encourage me to buy glasses from them. I realise that these are automated, but you would think they would have enough sense to turn these off when there is an ongoing dispute.

    It’s safe to say there is no chance whatsoever of me purchasing glasses from them.

    I will update this review on when I receive the refund and what happens with the bank charges.

    I have left two stars as it’s now possible to leave any lower than that.

    I’m only one lesson in, but the course so far has been extremely well thought through and executed. It’s a crash course in Design but so far the unexpected content has surprised me in a good way.

    It's very helpful and well executed. All the information and lessons are useful.

    The first lesson has been good and I would have rated it more highly if it hadn't been for the endless emails and text meessages coming through.

    It brilliant and surpassed my expectations. The fact that students can reschedule missed lessons and excellent delivery of lessons makes Shaw Academy the right online education platform.

    Shaw Academy is a very great app. It offers free courses to help build one's skill.

    I am getting new and relevant insights in the chosen class I joined. It is helpful as a startup. Interesting that it allowed me to continue the next lessons and now motivated to finish the four modules.

    I'm in my second class, the course content is very rich and unexpectedly interesting and fun. Looking forward to the third one.

    This is my second lesson and I am enjoying it. There is so much that goes into design that you would never think of. I love the history behind it and the cultural symbolizations for color.

    If am to express some of the great things that ever happened to me during this lockdown, I'd rate getting to know shaw Academy 5 and taking my first graphic design class a 6 cos God did created the greatest reality on the 6th day. Awesome, can't be less grateful.

    I'm only 2 courses in, but Shaw Academy does a great job of simplifying the basic principles of Graphic Design. I didn't expect to learn the history of Graphic Design, but I'm glad they included it. Well executed content.

    I already had 2 lessons, everything is good, I think in order to improve will be good to have some kind of Flow chart to let the user understand the whole process for each course, including payments, paid assets, diploma, etc.

    I am learning both practical knowledge and also principles around the techniques.

    Really enjoyed the first lesson, the overview information has me excited about what is coming.

    I took the courses like web designing, graphic design, illustration and digital marketing. I find that i was learning in a good pace with info packed lessons. Just like a crash course but more practical. It doesn't get boring because it's an hour at a time. The lesson plans are great and made in a gradual and easy to understand manner. The end of lessons quiz and assignments are easy to do. There are ample reminders to attend lessons emails, SMS, app notifications, web countdowns which gets a bit tedious sometimes but I don't really mind it. One thing though, there are emails saying I missed lessons but I haven't, I'm sure there are ways to identify attendance or make a better attendance system in the future. What I'm hoping to get out of the lessons are fast tracked skills to be able to start work independently as a freelancer and because of the skills i get and the lessons learned, I feel more confident in my abilities. It's great for people who want to enter a new industry like me, or start a hobby, or have some knowledge but not enough to move ahead. I do recommend these courses and I have nothing but good feedback for Shaw Academy online lessons, its coaches and systems. Thank you.

    The ideal ratio of excellent quality and price, especially during the period of Coronavirus COVID-19. It feels like I got a new 2020 Lamborghini for the price of a Subaru.
    Excellent quality of material explanation, trading tools, risk management, trading psychology, good examples of trading on stock market. I highly recommend using the services of Shaw Academy, they give an excellent boost to your skills, especially if you want to get a new specialty, and especially during this challenging period.

    I have completed two lessons in digital marketing course so far its good

    I'm two lessons in and the course content is good so far.
    However the customer service is horrible! I had some questions about my student account and some charges so I sent an email. Twice. No response to date. I joined the free course but it seems to have alot of hidden fees like after every module you have to purchase an certificate for each module before you can unlock assignments or move on to another module. That's not fair. They should state all this inflation before joining so you can know the total cost for joining. Also when I downloaded the app and I sign in, its asking me to set up payment info again, and it was setting me up as a new user. So although I did my lesson on the laptop, my phone app was saying I missed a lesson. So I deleted the app.
    I'm not sure but I'm thinking of cancelling if I dont hear from customer service soon.

    I have been enjoying the class so far right from Module 1 and am very sure it is going to a great class at the end of whole Module. Thanks to shawacademy for this great opportunity.

    This is my first time to enroll crash course online because of fear of scams and phishing nowadays. But they are real and I can say reliable. I am so far in my trial phase lesson 3 and because of excitement to learn I bought the toolkit for advanced learning.
    I was also able to reschedule the 2 lessons as I missed them and It was an easy click.

    I had your class for the first time today, and I had a class link because I didn't have the application so I was joined from link. But I observed that here are lots of students whose English is not very good , due to that most of the students are not comfortable so I have request to you please give us subtitle to understand more easily and the one last thing is please focus on a more practical , and make a video on that how to download a editing software.     A great program! I'm really excited to keep learning about Graphic Design. The only down-side is when the instructor asks for your opinion, there's no where to give it and not enough time to write in the comments.

    Do not even think to buy anything from this website it is a pure scam. I place an order for iphone 11 and s they told me after 8 weeks they will post the phone to me . I was waiting and paid for 15 weeks and after i call them several times they lied to my face and of course they never sent me the iPhone. Halifax help me getting all my money back £600 and i am reporting the sunshine to trading standards as the owner is a millionaire taking money from vunarable people . Worse experience ever.

    The teaching material was graphically top-notch! very well explained but could do with some less speed in the presentation since not everyone learns at such a fast pace.

    I find the course outlay is great! Though they say the course is free it consitently pops up with purchasing your certificate which in my mind shouldve been clearly stated it has to be paid for...a bit misleading....In the course outlays; I would've liked an actual interactive session versus automated responses....though a course is free you should give your audience at least close to the same experience a paid client would get, this in turn can boost reviews. Overall, I'm thinking of doing another course and noticed some of my friends are already doing courses

    Online class is easy to learn

    Just finished the first lesson in the Diploma of Digital Marketing and it surpassed my expectations. Very slick, informative, very useful for myself as I am career market researcher, specialising in ad research and wanting to plug any gaps in my understanding of digital media which now accounts for over 50% of ad spend in Australia.     Good online classes ,but must provide subtitles in different languages or atleast in English

    Great opportunity, excellent system and follow-up etc. I also love the lecturer. Every point is explained clearly and made easy to understand.
    My reservation is in the aspect of cost of study. One may come into program with a mindset that it's free only to find that they have materials to purchase (I understand these materials are optional but every serious student would want it) and then pay for the certificate also.
    I suggest you give potential students a hint at what to expect cost wise so one will not be found in a fix in the middle of the program or even miss such a good opportunity.

    What can I say. I love Shaw Academy! The free offerings are a God send. While we are social distancing we can still get our learning on. I am currently taking a guitar, photography, and coding course. Very challenging, but thorough. Great instructors and great follow-up. Thanks SA!

    A was scrolling down on Facebook and saw the promotion for 4 weeks , I've been thinking about developing my knowledge in a few topics related to my job. Overall is a good plataform for learning online, classes are straightforward and easy to follow.
    I'm not quite happy about the amount of emails that they send with reminders and mistakes about classes not being taken, maybe that can be improved.
    I will definitely recommend and already did to my family and friends.

    I just started the course today and it was awesome. Everything is really on point. The massages are clear . The only area I think should be worked upon is that that the lectures is a bits faster. I am glad I enrolled.

    The tutoring has been very understanding and concise to the study. Today is my second class and i'm loving it!

    I signed up using a trial version which is supposedly free for a couple weeks. They take your credit card information and indicate that it will be charged by X date if the subscription is not cancelled by then. Fair enough, so I proceeded to sign up. This is where the issues began:
    1. I then proceeded to schedule my classes - twice a week since apparently the only way to attend class is by being locked into this schedule. So much for on-demand learning... Next issue:
    2. Every time you login, the Shaw Academy website continuously sends you pop ups about a toolkit and an e-certificate which cost GBP 29.95 each. Being unaware of what the toolkit contained, I clicked on the link for more information only to realise that they automatically charged my card through a one-click process. This dishonest manner they go about charging you for a toolkit with a one click purchase has left a bad taste in my mouth and this is not a trustworthy manner of gaining repeat business or gaining the trust of existing customers and made me want to cancel everything immediately. I then went though the support and billings channels to request the refund because I had no intentions of downloading or accessing the toolkit. They indicate that refunding is not in keeping with their policy. I will be following up on this matter to access my refund.
    3. Next issue I continue to encounter is that the online platform is not very user friendly and even when I attend classes on the scheduled days, they send you multiple messages - email, text, app notifications - saying that you have missed a class and your educator is waiting for you to attend and to reschedule. The platform is inefficient, lacking and frustrating. Today I was on the go and therefore signed in to attend class on my phone. Well what a waste of time that was. After the timer counted down to the start of the class, the recording never played through I signed in over and over and even followed the link they sent by text.
    4. Soon after registration, they also provide a link and invite you to join FB Messenger as a means of class reminders. This link is broken so don't waste your time attempting. Support is slow and lacking. They create a ticket and eventually get back to you mixing up issues and the responses to them. So many issues to warn unsuspecting learners about.
    5. Message overload: They send so many messages via multiple means: email, through app notification, text messaging. Rather than this barrage of messages, they should focus on setting up an efficient platform that saves learners time rather than frustrate them.
    Unfortunately this experience has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this to anyone.

    Do not buy. They have terrible service, bad flowers and bad customer services. I've had no flowers no reply and no money back. Other reviews I've read said the flowers are half dead.
