Cool new t-shirt
Oh wow, I couldn't believe how amazing the service was! They got back to me so fast and to top it off, they offered free shipping as well. How awesome is that?! It's not often you come across places that go that extra mile. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this site, it's honestly the best!
Cool clothes
I recently bought some really nice clothes from this shop called Tessuti. They've got a lot of options and the prices are pretty good. One thing that bothered me though was that if you buy online, you can only return items online. It would be so much better if you could also return things in-store.
Late delivery and poor customer service
I bought something from this company not long ago and I'm really gutted because my order still hasn't turned up, even though it's been two weeks since it was supposed to arrive. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service loads of times, but it's been really tricky to actually speak to someone. It's been really annoying for me as a customer, to be honest.
Trainers and underwear purchase
I bought some trainers and underwear from this store recently. I was a bit annoyed that I had to pay £6.99 for delivery, especially when loads of other shops do free delivery for orders over a certain amount. Also, the Nike boxers I got fell apart after wearing them just once, which was really annoying. All in all, I wasn't happy with my time at that store.

I had a great experience with the customer service team at this store recently. They were really professional and efficient, which was impressive. They replied to my emails promptly and sorted out an issue I had without any hassle. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. It's no wonder so many people find it difficult to get in touch with customer services on their website – it could definitely do with some improvements in terms of navigation.
Ordered clothes, forgot to update my new address
Hey, so I ordered some clothes but completely forgot to let them know I've moved to a new house. I sent them an email and got a super quick response saying they'll send everything to my new place. The customer service was fantastic and I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!
Sale item with reasonable p&p
I bought something on sale from this shop and thought the delivery costs were fair. But I was really let down to discover that returning the item would cost more than the original delivery, which puts me off shopping here in the future.
Super quick delivery
The delivery came so quickly, it honestly took me by surprise. But, I can't believe they charged £6.99 for it - seems a bit steep if you ask me! I get that speed costs extra, but that's just excessive. The service was alright, nothing to rave about really. Prices are a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Happy with what I bought overall, just not too happy about the delivery fees.
A cute top for my school dance
I bought this really cute top for my school dance, but there were a few problems with it. It wasn't the right size and the colour wasn't what I was hoping for. But, you know what? The customer service rep, Courtney, was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help me and saved the day. Courtney, you're awesome!
Difficulty with refund and return process
I recently had a bit of a nightmare trying to get a refund and return an item at this store. It all started when I had an issue with my order and needed to send something back for a refund. But, let me tell you, it was a real hassle and very annoying. They not only made me pay for the return postage, but they also refused to give me a refund, saying I had somehow broken their rules without explaining how. All they did was show me a vague bit from their terms and conditions, which didn't really help at all. To top it off, they ended up sending the parcel back to me. They didn't charge me for postage that time, but the whole thing just left me feeling let down and frustrated, to be honest.
High-end product disappointment
I made a purchase from this company recently and I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. Before, when I ordered from them, the packaging and delivery made me feel like a valued customer of a luxury brand. But this time, the delivery of my recent order was a bit lacking and made me doubt their commitment to quality and luxury. The little things, like not including the signature black bag, made me feel like I was shopping at a cheap store rather than a high-end brand. Also, the returns policy was pretty strict and not ideal. If something didn't fit, I had to pay for the return shipping, and if I needed a different size, I had to pay for another delivery charge. It just added extra hassle and cost to what should have been a smooth shopping experience. I usually enjoy making impulse buys and spending money on luxury items, but this experience has left me feeling dissatisfied. I probably won't be shopping with this company again in the future.

Flannels have really great service with their professional and polite drivers. The stuff I got was just like what was on the website. I couldn't ask for more, I'm seriously impressed. Big thanks to Flannels for their amazing service.

Incorrect item sent twice
What a complete joke! I ordered a present for my wife's birthday and got sent the wrong thing not just once, but twice. Dealing with returning it was a nightmare, I had to keep chasing Flannels to sort out their mess. Thanks to their incompetence, my wife's birthday ended up being ruined. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
Belstaff jacket purchase
I'm a first-time customer and I recently bought a Belstaff jacket from this online shop. The service was brilliant, really top-notch. My jacket arrived in less than 24 hours, and the delivery updates were really useful. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again in the future, that's for sure.
