Inflatable bed purchase
So, I bought this inflatable bed from a shop, thinking it would be great for my weekend camping trips. But, surprise surprise, it didn't even stay inflated for more than a few hours! Pretty disappointing, to be honest. But, I thought I'd give their customer service a go and see if they could sort it out. And you know what? I was actually really pleased with the outcome. I got in touch with Winfields about the dodgy product and the very next day, they had a replacement sorted for me. No questions asked, no hassle. It was quick and efficient, and I can't fault them for that. If only the stuff they sold was as good as their customer service, eh?
A tent for a comfortable get to gather
This weekend I hope to have a short gathering with my colleagues at work. It would be like a get-together. It's been a while we had fun together. I decided to organize the outing. We ordered a variety of drinks, meals and snacks and good music. However, we have not gotten the right tent to use for our outdoor gathering. I checked for stores that sell camping tents and got Winfields outdoor. I ordered the weekend tent from the store. It was delivered and we structured the tent according to its instructions. It stood firmly. We enjoyed the outing. The tent neither bent nor was blown away by the wind.
Isabella double cupboard
I recently bought an outdoor double cupboard from this shop. It arrived the next day, but sadly, it was damaged. I got in touch with customer service and they were really professional in sorting it out. They quickly sent a new cupboard which arrived today, and they collected the damaged one. Amy was so helpful in getting this all sorted, so a big thank you to her and Les. The customer service overall was outstanding, and I'm grateful for the team at Winfields Outdoors. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer and will recommend Winfields to others looking for outdoor gear.
Tent purchase
I popped into the shop the other day on the hunt for a tent and was lucky enough to have Vina help me out. She really knew her stuff and was super helpful, walking me through all the different tents and answering all my questions. She even took the time to look up some info on products she wasn't sure about. Thanks to her great customer service, I ended up splurging on £3700 worth of stuff online. I was really impressed by how dedicated she was to making sure I got what I needed quickly and smoothly. Big thanks to Vina for all her help!
Tent and camping equipment
I recently bought a tent and some camping gear from a shop. The staff, Adrian and Amy, were really helpful and gave me great service. They knew a lot about the products and gave me good advice on what would be best for me. But, the courier service they use in Northern Ireland caused some problems which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the service from the shop.
