I've been a customer here for quite some time now, and I've always loved the variety of tops on offer. However, lately I've been finding it harder to find tops that really match what I'm looking for. I'm very fussy when it comes to colours, patterns, designs, graphics, and especially lengths. I've been asking the company for a while now to include the length of every top, as it's a big deal for me when deciding to buy something. If I'm not sure about the length, I usually end up not buying it. This is especially important when it comes to plus-size tops, as a shorter length can make me look boxy and unflattering.

It's worth mentioning that, like a lot of online shops, delivery can be slow, so it's best not to order anything in a rush. I'd recommend checking that things fit properly before ordering to avoid having to send anything back.

The sitter, let's call her 'Saffron', came to see my cats twice a day, making sure they were fed, played with, and cared for. While I was away, Saffron kept me updated with daily messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease knowing my cats were being looked after. You could see Saffron's passion and care for animals, and I'll definitely be using her services again in the future.

Necklace Layering Clasp
I've ordered a few things, but I wanted to have a chat about this clasp. I was really looking forward to being able to wear several necklaces without them getting all tangled up, but unfortunately, the clasp isn't tight enough. My necklaces keep coming off, and I really don't want to lose them. The design is nice, but the clasp needs to be stronger. Perhaps a new design with a more secure clasp would change my mind.

Since December, I haven't been paid my prize and now I see that others are facing the same issue. If lots of people aren't receiving their prizes, something must be amiss. And when questioned, they say, "it has to be good at some point," but if I still haven't been paid, then it's not good at all. It's just a complete waste of time.

I recently bought some stuff from this company, and it was a nightmare. The things I got were filthy and looked like they'd been worn or used by someone else. They had stains from deodorant and makeup, and even smelt strongly of perfume. As soon as I saw them, I got in touch with customer service to sort it out. They said I could send the faulty items back for a refund. But when I sent them back, I was charged for the return postage and only got a refund for one item. Even though I showed proof that both things were sent back together, they said they only got one. This lack of responsibility and honesty is really shocking.

The delivery was super quick, the sales and offers were great, and returning the item was easy peasy. But honestly, I was a bit let down by the quality of the Clarks suede long boots I bought. They are scam artists who take your money by trickery, they refused or observe my consumer right to cancellation. I opted for I month and was billed for 6months. They believe offering to cancel my subscription after 6months is a gesture of goodwill which suggests they normally make it impossible or difficult for most subscribers to cancel. According to the Companies House website this company ceased trading in January 2020 I placed a small order several weeks ago which did not arrive. Although the amount is too small for a section 75 credit card claim I will still inform my credit card company about this as well as contacting action fraud and trading standards. I cannot understand how a dissolved company still have an active website and continue to take orders with payment. Surely a fraudulent scam?
