    I've been a customer here for quite some time now, and I've always loved the variety of tops on offer. However, lately I've been finding it harder to find tops that really match what I'm looking for. I'm very fussy when it comes to colours, patterns, designs, graphics, and especially lengths. I've been asking the company for a while now to include the length of every top, as it's a big deal for me when deciding to buy something. If I'm not sure about the length, I usually end up not buying it. This is especially important when it comes to plus-size tops, as a shorter length can make me look boxy and unflattering.

    I've had a pretty good experience with Motardinn. I've bought motorcycle gear from them a few times because of their great prices. The stuff I've got has been good quality and has lasted well. Although, I did have a problem with a pair of boots, but I haven't tried to send them back yet. I think it's more of a problem with the manufacturer than Motardinn themselves. It's worth mentioning that, like a lot of online shops, delivery can be slow, so it's best not to order anything in a rush. The sitter, let's call her 'Saffron', came to see my cats twice a day, making sure they were fed, played with, and cared for. While I was away, Saffron kept me updated with daily messages and photos, which really put my mind at ease knowing my cats were being looked after. You could see Saffron's passion and care for animals, and I'll definitely be using her services again in the future.

    I've ordered a few things, but I wanted to have a chat about this clasp.     Since December, I haven't been paid my prize and now I see that others are facing the same issue. If lots of people aren't receiving their prizes, something must be amiss.     The delivery was super quick, the sales and offers were great, and returning the item was easy peasy. But honestly, I was a bit let down by the quality of the Clarks suede long boots I bought. The soles were flimsy and didn't even reach to the end of the toe, which caused the suede to scuff up after just one wear. When I got in touch with Clarks about it, they just sent me back to the seller, JDW. JD Williams customer service at first told me to send the boots back, so I did along with a note explaining the whole situation. But guess what? They sent the boots back to me with a note saying they couldn't refund me because the boots had been worn once.     How did you stop their threatening letters . I also wrote to them to cancel and have proof .. but they are still saying I still owe them because of terms and conditions etc . For some reason my credit card didn’t work for them which is good but do I just ignore their threatening emails ? Thanks

    I ordered 2 bottles of Elemis Bath Soak. I use the product regularly and thought I'd buy 2 since the price was reasonable. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my products to be delivered. I tried to email the address on their website FAQ's section, but it seems non-valid. I have contacted them through their Chat facility, so will see if I get a response.

    I just found info online the company is dormant. So i guess we won’t get our money or products. I made a dispute at my bank today.

    Moroccanoil clarifying shampoo

    Same as everyone else. Ordered in July, money immediately taken from my credit card, no goods delivered, emails ignored. Finally told Out of stock. I requested refund, ignored again in several emails, finally promised a refund, 2 weeks later still waiting. Now taking up with credit card company. Never, ever again and hopefully this will stop others being conned.

    According to the Companies House website this company ceased trading in January 2020 I placed a small order several weeks ago which did not arrive. Although the amount is too small for a section 75 credit card claim I will still inform my credit card company about this as well as contacting action fraud and trading standards. I cannot understand how a dissolved company still have an active website and continue to take orders with payment. Surely a fraudulent scam?

    Well I am your regular customer for just few destinations. But overall I have never been any issue during past 3years.
    My suggestion is you should give some extra benifit to those who are using your exchange services for more then 24 or 36 months ..Or a slab can be added where large users can avail some additional monetary benifit.
