I've been using this company to send hampers to my friends and family overseas for years, and they've never let me down. The products are always top-notch and the recipients have always loved them. Oh, I just had to tell you about this lovely teak bench I got as a special present for my grandparents' big 50th wedding anniversary. It was a real stunner, with their names and wedding date engraved right into the wood. The bench is really sturdy and definitely worth the price. My grandparents were over the moon with it and had the biggest smiles on their faces. Billy made ordering so easy and Scott, the delivery driver, was a proper gent. I have to say, buying that 3-piece sofa was such a great decision. It all went smoothly, from ordering online to getting it set up in my living room. Plants and watering can
I was really let down by my recent purchase from the garden section. They said it would be dispatched in 3-5 days, but it actually took two weeks and lots of reminders. When the package finally turned up, the box holding the plants was all smashed and the plants inside were small and not doing well. On top of that, the watering can I got didn't have the rose attachment it needed to work properly. All in all, it was a really disappointing and annoying experience.

I was gutted to hear that the CBD capsules have been discontinued. As a shareholder and someone who's been using them for ages, I've always found them super handy and effective. The tincture just doesn't hit the spot like the capsules do, in terms of taste and how easy they are to use. It feels like a weird choice to stop selling something that was so popular with customers like me.

I recently bought some bathroom fixtures from this company, but when they arrived, I found that some of them were damaged. I tried to sort it out with the company, but they refused to give me a refund and said it was the fault of the installer. Unfortunately, this isn't the only problem I've had with the products. After a year, the shower has started leaking and the toilet seat has broken. I haven't bothered getting in touch with the company about these problems because I'm pretty sure they'll just blame me again. Overall, dealing with this company has been really disappointing, especially when it comes to their customer service.

I was so keen on getting this awesome electric guitar, and luckily I came across it on Bax Music at a really good price. After placing my order, it arrived incredibly fast thanks to Parcelforce, and it was in perfect condition when it got to me. However, the strange thing was that Parcelforce's tracking system was a bit off. They didn't update the tracking info until 25 hours after it was dispatched, and then they only gave me a 5-hour heads up before delivering it. I prefer to keep an eye on my packages, so that was quite frustrating.

I reached out to their customer service team about this issue, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for future trips.

Car hire rental experience
When we picked up the car, they offered us an upgrade right there in the terminal, which was quite handy. But when we got the form, we were surprised to see they had noted some minor damages we hadn't even seen - just two little marks on the wheels of what looked like a brand new car. We carried on with our trip as normal, but were really taken aback when we got back and the inspector honed in on the right back wheel hub and started taking pictures. They pointed out a scratch and said we'd be charged $141 for it, which seemed a bit steep to us. We chatted with some other customers and discovered this kind of thing happens a lot, especially to people in a rush. I think Europcar might be up to something dodgy, and I'm thinking of writing about it in a proper newspaper to let everyone know.

I'm a customer who recently bought a luxury holiday package, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the service from the company. Even though we splashed out quite a bit for a trip for my wife and me, the whole experience hasn't been smooth at all. The travel expert they assigned to us didn't really deliver - they didn't sort out things like booking holiday lounges or restaurants, which are pretty standard for a luxury holiday. Compared to other companies I've used before, like JET 2 and Trailfinders, Kuoni just didn't measure up in terms of communication, support, and how well-organised everything was.

Our weekend stay at the hotel was pretty decent. This insurance company is just awful! They've made it so difficult for me to claim for my stolen phone, it's been a nightmare. They keep asking for extra stuff to avoid giving me what I'm owed. The customer service is so bad, especially after I explained about my health issues. It's like they couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this company, they'll only bring you stress and let you down. I won't be renewing my policy with them, that's for sure.
