    Teak bench with carved names and wedding date

    Oh, I just had to tell you about this lovely teak bench I got as a special present for my grandparents' big 50th wedding anniversary. It was a real stunner, with their names and wedding date engraved right into the wood. The bench is really sturdy and definitely worth the price. My grandparents were over the moon with it and had the biggest smiles on their faces. Billy made ordering so easy and Scott, the delivery driver, was a proper gent.     I was really let down by my recent purchase from the garden section. They said it would be dispatched in 3-5 days, but it actually took two weeks and lots of reminders. When the package finally turned up, the box holding the plants was all smashed and the plants inside were small and not doing well. On top of that, the watering can I got didn't have the rose attachment it needed to work properly. All in all, it was a really disappointing and annoying experience.

    Recent bathroom fixtures purchase

    I recently bought some bathroom fixtures from this company, but when they arrived, I found that some of them were damaged. I tried to sort it out with the company, but they refused to give me a refund and said it was the fault of the installer. Unfortunately, this isn't the only problem I've had with the products. After a year, the shower has started leaking and the toilet seat has broken.     I was so keen on getting this awesome electric guitar, and luckily I came across it on Bax Music at a really good price. After placing my order, it arrived incredibly fast thanks to Parcelforce, and it was in perfect condition when it got to me.     I have to say, my recent ferry trip wasn't great. It was really crowded, and the facilities for passengers weren't up to scratch. My wife, who has a bad knee, struggled to get around because of the narrow stairs and outdoor walk to reception. On top of that, we found out there was no club class lounge or cabins available, so we had to sit uncomfortably on a small couch the whole time. It seemed like the ferry was more focused on freight than looking after the passengers, and the safety measures weren't great. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for future trips.

    I spent a whole week at this place in Italy, starting from the 28th of May, and it was pretty decent. The caravan we stayed in was okay, but it only had a hob for cooking. It was a bit strange that there was no grill, microwave, or toaster. The double bed had two single quilts, and the towel package only included four hand towels! How was I supposed to have a proper shower with that? Also, there wasn't even a floor mat in the shower room, making it quite slippery!

    When we picked up the car, they offered us an upgrade right there in the terminal, which was quite handy. But when we got the form, we were surprised to see they had noted some minor damages we hadn't even seen - just two little marks on the wheels of what looked like a brand new car. We carried on with our trip as normal, but were really taken aback when we got back and the inspector honed in on the right back wheel hub and started taking pictures. They pointed out a scratch and said we'd be charged $141 for it, which seemed a bit steep to us. We chatted with some other customers and discovered this kind of thing happens a lot, especially to people in a rush. I think Europcar might be up to something dodgy, and I'm thinking of writing about it in a proper newspaper to let everyone know.

    I'm a customer who recently bought a luxury holiday package, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the service from the company. Even though we splashed out quite a bit for a trip for my wife and me, the whole experience hasn't been smooth at all. The travel expert they assigned to us didn't really deliver - they didn't sort out things like booking holiday lounges or restaurants, which are pretty standard for a luxury holiday. Compared to other companies I've used before, like JET 2 and Trailfinders, Kuoni just didn't measure up in terms of communication, support, and how well-organised everything was.

    Our weekend stay at the hotel was pretty decent. The room was comfy, although the en-suite bathroom could do with a bit of modernisation - like getting rid of the old bath and putting in a new shower. The food we had, breakfast and dinner, was tasty and well-made. The tours we went on, organised by the hotel, were really nice and taught us a lot about the area. The only downside was the hassle of having to travel south first before going north to get where we wanted to go.

    This insurance company is just awful! They've made it so difficult for me to claim for my stolen phone, it's been a nightmare. They keep asking for extra stuff to avoid giving me what I'm owed. The customer service is so bad, especially after I explained about my health issues. It's like they couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this company, they'll only bring you stress and let you down. I won't be renewing my policy with them, that's for sure.
