Item's Cancelled & Refund Poor
I ordered some item's from here which said they were in stock on the website however I had an email 4 days after payment to say they were not in stock and were cancelled by the sender. It told me to try and reorder so I did which I never received the items as per the proposed delivery dates so after emailing them I was told the items had been lost by the courier and they were no longer in stock by the supplier so they would refund me in up to 10 working days. Still no refund has been received and when emailing customer service they seemed reluctant to help me. Will never order from here in the future and I highly recommend they make improvements to their stock/ordering processes.

Healthy and perfect
I prefer to buying beef and pork from Wiltshire Farm Foods. They are exactly what i want. the pork and beef are always fresh and healthy. Also, they taste amazing. My kids love to eat beef and i know that from here i will always get exactly quality food.
