Yoga equipment purchase
The yoga gear I bought was top-notch, but the instructions were for an older version which caused some confusion. I had to make several calls to customer service about it. The remote control didn't work with the equipment, and even when they sent me another one, it still didn't work right. Even though I tried using the equipment manually, it didn't help with my medical condition like I had hoped. I was let down by the lack of help from customer service in fixing the problem, so I've decided to return the items and get a full refund after just 5 days of trying them out.

Online money transfer
Sending money using this service is fast and effective, but I've noticed something that doesn't quite add up with the exchange rates. The rates on the app always seem to be lower than the rates advertised on the website, especially for new users. It just feels a bit dishonest. And sometimes, I'll get a notification on my phone about the exchange rate for the day, only to see that the rate I actually get when sending money is even worse. It's all a bit inconsistent and leaves me wondering how transparent this service really is.

I was really impressed by the customer service and tech support at this place. It was so easy to get in touch with them, both by phone and email. The technical team, especially Jigs, really knew their stuff and gave me a lot of help. Although, I can already tell that I'll be splashing out more money at this store from now on - but you know what, I can't grumble when the service is this top-notch!

Pram bundle with car seat and carrycot
I visited SJ recently and the man working there was really friendly and helpful. He talked me through all the details of the pram bundle and showed me how to assemble it. When I returned to make the purchase, a different man assisted us and he was equally as pleasant and helpful. He even informed us about an additional deal we could take advantage of with the bundle! I've recommended SJ to many people as it's such a great place, and some of them didn't even realise it was located in Mallusk. It would be brilliant if there was a sign put up to make the store more easily accessible to others.

Airport Transfer Service
The airport transfer service was really good value and got the job done. The buses were always on time and I thought the prices were quite fair. They might not have been the fanciest buses, but they did what they needed to do. The only problem was that you couldn't change or get a refund for your ticket if your flight was delayed, which I think could be better in the future.

So, we thought we'd try out this app because we needed a lift somewhere. And wow, our driver, Daniel, was amazing! He arrived on time, was really friendly, and knew his stuff. We were a bit nervous at first about using the app since we hadn't tried it before, but it turned out to be really simple and it worked like a dream!

I absolutely adore my son's JPG Scandal aftershave, but unfortunately we recently ran out of it. Luckily, I managed to find it available at Landy's Chemist and to my surprise, it was on offer! I placed an order and it arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and most importantly, it was genuine. I am over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be returning for more in the future.

Disappointing food
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this place. The food was cheap, the portions were small, and the service was not great. I ordered the loaded fries for a starter, but they were definitely not loaded, and the mega mixed grill was a big disappointment. The chicken was dry, the steak was overcooked and burnt, and the staff's attitude was just terrible.

Women's shoes
I bought a pair of women's shoes from DHGate not long ago but they never turned up. I had to go through the hassle of opening a dispute to get my money back. It was a bit of a pain, to be honest. But at least I eventually got my refund, which I'm grateful for. The process of disputing the transaction was far from easy. The website's dispute page was confusing and made me question if I had done it right. I usually shop on my laptop, so I can only imagine how annoying it must be to deal with all that on a smartphone.

Quality clothes, some items took a while to arrive
I bought some really cool clothes from this shop, but some of them took ages to arrive. The clothes were really well made and looked just like the pictures on the website. When I asked why they took so long, they explained that they were waiting for some items to come back in stock, so they didn't want to send separate packages. It sort of makes sense, but I do wish they had given me a heads up before I made my order.

Two boots, one sale
These shoes are really cute and I've been buying them for years, but this one time was a bit disappointing. I bought two pairs of boots on sale but then they told me it never got sent and was returned back to the store! I'm almost certain they never actually sent it. They did refund my money quickly when I queried it, but it was frustrating that I had to ask in the first place. Also, they wouldn't honour the sale price for me again which was a shame. I'm thinking about getting my shoes from a different place from now on.

Helmet purchase
I bought a helmet from this website recently, and I have to say, it's been a total nightmare. I still haven't got my helmet, no note was left, and I can't seem to get hold of anyone to help me sort it out. And to make matters worse, the delivery driver took a photo showing my helmet just thrown in the back of a van like it was nothing. Totally outrageous!

I'm really pleased that this place stocks XS sizes that actually fit me well! It's always tough to find that size in normal shops, and even when I do, they tend to be more like an 8 or 10. Bond-inspired sweater
I was really gutted with the sweater I got as a gift. It was proper rubbish quality. I only wore it a few times before the seam between the sleeve and body ripped open, making a huge hole. When I got in touch with customer service, they were no help at all. They wanted photos before they would even think about letting me return it. I had to take it to a local repair shop and they fixed it in a couple of minutes. But then a few weeks later, the same thing happened to the other sleeve. I paid five hundred quid for that jumper and I expected much better quality and service. Because of this, I won't be buying any pricey knitwear in the future.
