    £38 worth of plants including £6.99 delivery

    So I've have now been waiting for 20 days for my delivery from yourgarden. I've emailed them asking where it is and my response was its still at the nursery. So I waited for a couple of days and emailed them back asking for a refund as I've still not received anything. my response to the email was the items have been pick so I can't have a refund till it gets to me I then have to send them back to the nursery at my cost. the items have not left the company grounds yet and thay want me to wait till thay send out the plants just so I can them back to them just to get a refund on plants that thay still have? This is a joke I can drive across the country quicker and get the plants myself. so if you want some plants I recommend you go out and get them yourself definitely don't buy anything from yourgarden

    Nothing like described,flowers almost dead and what should of been blue were purple.Quality control must be absolute rubbish . When I tried to complain to call centre they hung up the phone. Will never buy from them again, only order if you have money to throw away.

    Absolutely terrible company. Half of the bulbs I ordered did not grow. The others were small and with very few buds. I was refused a refund when I complained. Apparently I should have complained within 30 days - (lily bulbs planted in February do not grow in 30 days). Do not buy from this company

    Ordering very easy. Customer service a little slow but good result in the end. Both the above item and other recent orders. Are all doing well. Plants are very good size and arrived well packed. Will definitely be back again to order.

    Negative . Worst Company to deal with ! 1st order nothing for 3 weeks had to open Paypal Case as did not respond to email. Never got ordered refunded 1 weeks Later Total 4 weeks. Thought I would try again 2 weeks later part refund incomplete order What a Joke You will never get your complete order Ha Ha

    My You Garden order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 7th May, but only one item was delivered. On Friday I called them to ask when the rest of the order would be delivered. I was advised to ring on Monday 10th May. When I rang them, they told me they could not tell me when the rest of the order would be delivered, seemingly expecting me to stay in every day until it was delivered. When I queried this, the line went dead. When I rang back, the line again went dead while I was explaining my concern. I then emailed them and got a standard reply which stated they would reply within 7 - 10 days and asking me not to contact them until I had received a reply. I find the failure of You Garden to address my reasonable concerns to be unacceptable.

    Appalling service. Placed an order got fed up with waiting so I cancelled. They have held back a delivery charge of 6.99 despite the fact I never received anything. Now they do not respond to emails. Use your local garden centre.

    appalling service - don't care attitude
    purchased a "Paeony Sarah Bernhardt Bare Root" on 21st February, (along with £190 of other products). it looked a bit rotted but planted it anyway in the hope that it would grow, six weeks on and no sign of life (other pants sprouting) phoned YouGarden and was confirmed that this plant has a warranty so no problem replacing it however I am expected to pay the £6+ in postage!!! After a long conversation it would appear that if I complained within 30 days I would not pay postage but, as I was giving YouGarden the benefit of time (maybe this plant takes longer to sprout) this period had expired!
    Any decent Customer service would appreciate this and react accordingly - Not YouGarden its a case of "Computer says No!" I was informed that no conversation with management/superior authority would change this - Great shame as I am looking for a decent online Garden supplier, YouGarden is obviously not one of them!!! Add insult to injury the call cost me £7.61 - Outrageous!

    Dispatched 8 days ago and still not delivered. Unable to contact Yodel, the courier and you garden won’t give refund until delivered then returned. Truly dreadful customer service

    My grandparents love to do gardening, so I do. we are using you garden for long and it helps a lot to maintain n and to make our family garden beautiful and attractive.

    Received email that my order for 80 Begonia plug plants had been despatched.
    Two weeks later, still not arrived. Phoned Yougarden, told that Yodel had screwed up, and replacement would be sent. One week later, phoned again and told that they are out of stock, which nobody had bothered to tell me, and refund would unbelievably take four weeks.. Staff very friendly, and as helpful as they could be, but management needs to get a grip , as well as a lot of education in customer relations and customer service.
    Only use this company if you want a lot of aggravation.
