Ordering very easy. Customer service a little slow but good result in the end. Both the above item and other recent orders. Are all doing well. Plants are very good size and arrived well packed. Will definitely be back again to order.

Received email that my order for 80 Begonia plug plants had been despatched.
Two weeks later, still not arrived. Phoned Yougarden, told that Yodel had screwed up, and replacement would be sent. One week later, phoned again and told that they are out of stock, which nobody had bothered to tell me, and refund would unbelievably take four weeks.. Staff very friendly, and as helpful as they could be, but management needs to get a grip , as well as a lot of education in customer relations and customer service.
Only use this company if you want a lot of aggravation.

Awful customer service. ordered on 1st July, not recieved so chased on 23rd yo be told to wait another 7 working days l. Was not happy with response so asked for more information, to be told they were actually out of stock and didn't know when they would get them back in, and told as I wasn't happy I would probably be best having a refund.
Told them I wanted my plants and wanted a rough idea on time and asked why I had confirmation that delivery would be in 14 days if they were not even jn stock, they couldn't answer me they just ignored that question. and the fact that I was not happy with the level of customer service was simply 'passed on to the relevant department as feedback'
They also appear to be deleting negative comments on their Facebook page and only leaving positive comments.
Plenty of other plant retailers with far better service. I would avoid at all costs.
3 baby Lavatera a 3 Anemones

Ordered 3 baby lavatera which turned out to the wrong plants and have grown and grown They are the original genus which i only know now after they havent stop growing! The shower that work for Yougarden keep stating company policy to me saying that it is over 30 days since i ordered them but obviously i wouldnt know they are the wrong plants until they wouldnt stop getting taller and taller. I am livid Their after sales service is atrocious DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
The rose arrived dead. You Garden CS then said it was fine and did nothing. After I sent a photo they reluctantly gave me a refund.
The only garden service to send me a dead plant!

So I've have now been waiting for 20 days for my delivery from yourgarden. I've emailed them asking where it is and my response was its still at the nursery. So I waited for a couple of days and emailed them back asking for a refund as I've still not received anything. my response to the email was the items have been pick so I can't have a refund till it gets to me I then have to send them back to the nursery at my cost. the items have not left the company grounds yet and thay want me to wait till thay send out the plants just so I can them back to them just to get a refund on plants that thay still have? This is a joke I can drive across the country quicker and get the plants myself. so if you want some plants I recommend you go out and get them yourself definitely don't buy anything from yourgarden
Preplanned Union Jack hanging baskets
Nothing like described,flowers almost dead and what should of been blue were purple.Quality control must be absolute rubbish . When I tried to complain to call centre they hung up the phone. Will never buy from them again, only order if you have money to throw away.
Absolutely terrible company. Half of the bulbs I ordered did not grow. The others were small and with very few buds. I was refused a refund when I complained. Apparently I should have complained within 30 days - (lily bulbs planted in February do not grow in 30 days). Do not buy from this company
Nothing positive to be said about this company which has failed to deliver one order in a whole month. The other minor order arrived and the plants were all dead.

2 hanging baskets and strawberries
I was very disappointed with my dealings with you gardens My strawberries were all dead and I have only ever received one of my hanging baskets which wete not cheap and the one I have got is not particularly good considering the price I am unable to have a refund for the missing basket as you assure me it was delivered I shall certainly have no more dealings with you
