I recently took something back to the shop on 6th March. I got in touch with customer service straight away about getting my money back, and they told me it would be sorted. But even though they said that, I still haven't had my refund yet. I've not heard anything back after my last email, and it's really annoying not getting any updates. Because of all this, I've decided I won't be buying anything from this shop again.

My experience with Alpine Trek was actually pretty good. I was quite surprised by how quickly my order arrived from abroad, only took 6 days. False advertising
I was really interested in the idea that the clothes were being made in-house, but turns out that wasn't true at all. The company actually uses outside manufacturers, even though they say otherwise in their marketing. It seems like the people running the brand have experience in global business and marketing, and they're using that to trick customers instead of actually making the clothes themselves. I prefer honesty and transparency, so finding out the reality behind this brand was pretty disappointing. It's sad to see the emphasis move from real craftsmanship to sneaky marketing strategies in our current society.

I placed an order on the 10th May, I repeatedly chased, I was lied to that the order was despatched. Eventually I got a partial delivery 2nd June. This order was defrosted, split open and a mess. I have had to legally claim a partial refund on the goods not supplied and now on the 26th July am still trying to claim a refund for the messed goods.
I have had the same issue since the 20th may and have just contacted my bank to claim the money back.
