    My experience with Alpine Trek was actually pretty good. I was quite surprised by how quickly my order arrived from abroad, only took 6 days.     Ordered on the 20th May. Never received the goods! Have chased via email! Did get a positive response initially and was informed that they were out of stock and they will refund. I have since emailed them multiple times. All my emails are not being responded to. I have just raised a dispute with my bank to claim the funds back!! 2 stars are to many but I was not able to give less!

    I placed an order on the 10th May, I repeatedly chased, I was lied to that the order was despatched. Eventually I got a partial delivery 2nd June. This order was defrosted, split open and a mess. I have had to legally claim a partial refund on the goods not supplied and now on the 26th July am still trying to claim a refund for the messed goods.

    I have had the same issue since the 20th may and have just contacted my bank to claim the money back.
