I recently bought some discounted items from last season on this website that usually has good deals, you know? But then they suddenly cancelled my last three orders even though I had already paid for them! And to make things even weirder, they deducted an adjustment fee before giving me a refund. I tried to reach out through email to see what was going on, but I never got a response. So, just a heads up, if you're thinking about buying from this website, maybe be a bit cautious because something just seems a bit off about it, don't you think?

Slippers purchase for Christmas gift
So, I bought a pair of slippers from Urban Surfer as a present for my brother-in-law at Christmas. I got a size ten, but it turned out they were too small for him. I got in touch with Urban Surfer to see about swapping them for a bigger size, but I was pretty disappointed with their reply. Even though I told them everything and the slippers were like new, they wouldn't exchange them because I didn't keep the original packaging. I get that you need to return things in the same state, but I wasn't expecting them to be so strict about it.

Van rental in Tenerife
I rented a van in Tenerife through Yescapa and it was absolutely brilliant! The coolest thing was when the van had a breakdown, they sorted it out really fast and even arranged a hotel for us to stay the night. I'm really looking forward to using this company again for our next van journey!

Easy alteration, clean rooms, insufficient parking
I recently booked a short break through this company and I must say, I had a pretty good experience overall. Booking was a breeze and when I needed to change my room type, they sorted it out no problem. The rooms looked like they had been recently spruced up, with everything looking fresh and clean. The only gripe I had was with the parking situation - there just didn't seem to be enough spaces for the size of the hotel, which might be a headache for some guests.
