Ring purchase
I bought a ring from this company not long ago and I was pretty pleased with how it fit and the quality. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the colour of the stone. I was hoping for a vibrant blue shade, but it actually looks more greenish and darker than I thought it would be.

I must admit, I preferred applying the charcoal cream by hand, and it really did wonders for my skin. I have sensitive skin, and usually, other creams leave me with red, sore skin, but not Baldape. I was pleasantly surprised to see that although my skin was slightly red after applying the cream, there was no soreness at all. The exfoliating glove recommended for showering off the cream was also amazing. My skin feels smoother and looks clearer than ever before. Overall, I am really impressed with the results and will definitely be coming back for more products.

Four faulty lights, poor customer service
I bought four lights from this company and I have to say, I was really let down. When the lights arrived, two of them were faulty and the other two weren't even the ones I picked out. I tried to sort it out and ask for my money back, but they said my situation wasn't enough to get a refund. It seemed like they were just trying to avoid me. I couldn't even find a way to get in touch with customer service on their website, which just made the whole thing even more annoying. Honestly, this company is not to be trusted and has really bad customer service.
