Tick product disappointment
I bought a tick product from this company because I had heard good things about their products. But I was really let down when the tick product didn't work on my dog. Even though I used it all the time, she kept getting ticks and I had to switch to a different product to sort it out. It was annoying and a waste of money.

Polyester dresses for winter
The material of the dresses I bought was really good, but I reckon it would help if the company could mention which dresses are best for specific seasons. For instance, in Pakistan, polyester dresses are great for winter. I did get a bit confused while shopping as to which dresses would be ideal for the colder months.

Airport parking booking
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I booked airport parking with them, but when I got there, the car park didn't honour the reservation. They said they hadn't been paid by the company I booked with, Trusted Travel. So, I had to pay again and try to get my original payment back from Trusted Travel through my credit card company. I've sent lots of emails and tried to get in touch with them in different ways, but I haven't got any response or solution. It's been so frustrating and a waste of time and money. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company for travel services.

Excellent customer service and timely delivery
I recently bought something from Expert Verdict and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The person I spoke to when I placed my order was really nice and helpful, they made sure all my questions were answered and helped me through everything easily. And to top it off, my packages arrived right on time as expected. The delivery person was as friendly and quick as usual, which made the whole thing really positive. What more could you want, right?

Shoe purchase - high price point
I bought a pair of shoes from this shop, paying quite a lot thinking they'd be top quality, but sadly a few months later one of the rivets started coming off. I was really let down by the poor quality and the lack of help from their customer service. Even after getting in touch with them, they wouldn't fix or replace the shoe, which left me feeling really frustrated and undervalued. All in all, I'd really recommend avoiding this store because of the low-quality products and the bad customer service.

I recently bought two bags from Shoeaholics, one for a gift and the other for myself. The quality of the bags is absolutely brilliant, particularly my own bag which is made from the softest leather. The prices were really good too, which made the purchases even better. I'm sure the Christmas present will be well liked, and I'm really happy with my own bag.

I recently bought some Ted Baker Men's Boxer shorts and they were just what I wanted. They arrived pretty fast and the quality was spot on. The sizing was perfect and the material was really comfy. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this product to anyone else.

Faulty lamps
I bought some lamps from this company not so long ago, but it turns out they were faulty. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I wasn't too happy with how slowly they responded. What really got to me was that they didn't seem to believe me when I told them about the problem. They wanted to give me a replacement even though I actually got the lamps from a different seller. It's worrying that they don't seem to trust what their customers have to say, and it's left me feeling pretty disappointed with their service.
