    I had a terrible experience with Mowers Online. The customer service was really bad - I had to wait ages on the phone and the people I spoke to were not helpful at all. It was obvious they didn't care about their customers or their issues. They didn't give me any updates on when my order would be delivered, so I was left in the dark. And when I needed to return a faulty item, they weren't able to arrange a convenient collection time. I was hoping to support a local business, but I found out they were just drop-shipping from the manufacturer, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a big letdown.

    I just renewed my policy with this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the fair price they gave me. I'm so happy with the whole experience. It was all really easy and clear, and I liked how smooth everything went. Thanks for giving me such a good rate and great service.

    I bought something personal from this company, and even though there was a bit of confusion about when it would arrive, I thought the service was really good. When I emailed them, the customer service team got back to me quickly and sorted everything out. Looking back, I can see that expecting a personalised item to be delivered the next day during a pandemic might have been a bit hopeful. But I was happy with the item in the end and would definitely think about using this company again.

    I was worried when I got an auto renewal email with my password written in plain text. It's risky because if someone else sees that email, they could access my policy details and home address. Customer security should be a top priority, making sure that sensitive information is kept safe.

    Missing order issue

    I'm a loyal customer of Double Boxed Toys and I’m really disappointed with how they've handled the issue of my missing order. I've tried to contact their customer service a few times by email because the order was supposed to arrive before they shut down. But, unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them at all, which has left me feeling pretty frustrated and like I’m out of pocket. The lack of communication and care they've shown in this situation is just not on – it's really bad and not acceptable at all. I really hope Double Boxed Toys can sort this out quickly and make sure they do better with their customer service in the future.
