Kyber Crystal purchase
I have to say, DBT really impressed me with their customer service. I bought a Kyber Crystal from them and I was amazed by how quick and efficient they were. Originally, I thought it would take ages to arrive, but thanks to an email from Josh, I received it the very next day. It's not often you find a company that goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I was a bit unsure at first because their products are usually only found at a specific theme park, but they proved me wrong. I will definitely be shopping at DBT again in the future, I just wish they stocked the Savi's Workshop lightsaber!
LEGO Millennium Falcon
I bought the LEGO Millennium Falcon from this company recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The item was spot on and it was clear that the team put in extra effort to make sure it arrived in perfect condition. Josh, who dealt with my order, was really attentive and sorted out any problems straight away. Multiple orders
I've had a great experience with Double Boxed Toys because I've made quite a few orders with them. The stuff I got was definitely worth the money, and I liked how quickly my orders arrived. Josh's customer service was spot on, he always sent me an email to let me know when my parcel was coming so I could make sure someone was in to collect it.
Funko Pop figure
I recently purchased a fantastic Funko Pop figure and it arrived really quickly! I was thrilled to be able to add it to my collection. Surprisingly, it was actually in stock unlike many other places where it's always out of stock. To my delight, it arrived earlier than I had anticipated. I recently ordered something internationally from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service! The item I wanted was only in America, but thanks to this company, I could easily make the purchase. I just want to give a shoutout to Josh for his amazing customer service. He not only handled my order quickly, but he also made sure it was shipped super fast, packed carefully, and arrived in perfect condition. I have to say, my time at this shop has been really exciting. The collectible toys I bought were in perfect condition and just as I hoped. My awesome toy
I recently got this amazing toy from a store and the whole experience was fantastic! I placed the order expecting it to arrive in March, but to my surprise, it came on the 20th of February - how cool is that?! The toy was wrapped up nicely and arrived without any damage, despite coming from America. I'll certainly be buying from them again because it was such a great experience!
Collectible action figure
I bought a collectible action figure from Double Boxed Toys not long ago, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how the whole shopping experience went. I've been a loyal customer at this shop for a while now and I have to say, they always keep me updated about my orders. The delivery is consistently fast and dependable. Sometimes I feel the prices are a little steep, but using Clearpay definitely helps me spread the cost. I get that limited edition items can cost more, especially when they're hard to find in the UK. All in all, I'd definitely recommend shopping here.

I recently bought something from Double Boxed Toys and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The chap I spoke to, Josh, made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the whole delivery process, which I thought was great. I bought two WDW Starbuck cups from Double Boxed Toys recently and I'm really pleased with how it all went. Missing order issue
I'm a loyal customer of Double Boxed Toys and I’m really disappointed with how they've handled the issue of my missing order. I've tried to contact their customer service a few times by email because the order was supposed to arrive before they shut down. But, unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them at all, which has left me feeling pretty frustrated and like I’m out of pocket. The lack of communication and care they've shown in this situation is just not on – it's really bad and not acceptable at all. I really hope Double Boxed Toys can sort this out quickly and make sure they do better with their customer service in the future.
Disney 100 Mickey fashion doll
I bought the Disney 100 Mickey fashion doll for my 3-year-old's birthday, but it broke after 8 months. I was in a panic to find a replacement and thankfully, I came across this website where I found a brand new one, all sealed up in a box! The delivery was surprisingly fast and Josh kept me updated throughout. The packaging was really secure and made sure the doll arrived in one piece. Thanks a lot for making my little Disney fan happy again!
Magicbands purchase
I recently bought some Magicbands from a toy shop because I really wanted them before my trip to a well-known theme park. The shop had loads of options to choose from and luckily I managed to get the ones I liked on sale. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, but I was so happy when they turned up after only 12 days. I want to say a big thank you to Josh for keeping me updated and being so helpful. His customer service was top-notch!
Rarer Loungefly bag
I just bought a rare Loungefly bag for my wife from this store. The team was really good at keeping me in the loop, letting me know when the item was shipped and on its way. I've been shopping at Double Boxed Toys for a while now, and I have to say, every time I've had a great experience. The staff have always been fantastic, especially Josh - they keep me in the loop with updates on my orders really well. However, on my last order, I got sent the wrong size t-shirt. I was a bit gutted at first, but Jack from customer service sorted it out super quickly by sending me a replacement without any fuss. The way they handled it just made me trust their customer service even more. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back for more shopping.
