Company van fleet roadside assistance
I recently got roadside assistance cover for my company vans from this provider, hoping for quick and dependable help in emergencies. But, twice when my employees needed help changing a tyre after hitting potholes, they refused to come, saying it was an accident and not covered. This lack of support when we needed it most has really damaged the trust and reliability I was counting on from this provider. I'm really disappointed with the service as a customer.

Toy figures for children
I bought some toy figures for my kids back in November, but they still haven't arrived. When I followed up a few weeks later, I was told there was a problem with one of the items and asked if I wanted something else instead. I said yes to the alternative, but I'm still waiting for either the replacement or my money back. I'm really let down by the poor communication and the time it's taken to sort this out. Because of this bad experience, I won't be using this website again.

Ferry tickets
I got my ferry tickets online really quickly and easily, just like a walk in the park! The website was so user-friendly, just like playing a game on my tablet. The only thing that had me scratching my head was what happens if I haven't booked my rental car yet? Do I need to do that before or can I sort it out later? It would be handy if they had a little pop-up to give you a heads up about that kind of thing.

Blouses and a cardigan
I recently bought two lovely blouses and a cardigan from an online shop. The delivery was really fast, and I was very happy with how the items were presented. The blouses were just gorgeous and really well-made. However, the cardigan, although beautiful, was a bit too bright for me, so I decided to send it back. I would love to see more colour choices in the future. I've spoken to their customer service before and they were amazing.

I placed an order for a storage box around two weeks ago and when I asked about delivery, I was told it was sold out. It seems like they've taken my money without intending to fulfil the purchase.
