BBQ equipment

It did come on a pallet, which was a bit of a faff, but I managed to unload and get rid of it in just half an hour. I bought a patio set from this store not too long ago and I have to say I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The set was delivered on the expected date, but unfortunately, there were some small damages on it. I even tried calling them, but no one picked up the phone, which left me feeling really frustrated and let down. The lack of communication and help is just not on in my opinion.

I was really let down by BBQ World. The garden furniture I bought turned up all damaged with loose screws. When I asked for a new one, it had missing screws and some loose ones too. Even the box it came in was all battered, which made it a pain to send back. I had to go out and get bags, tape, and stuff to fix the box before returning it. It's been nothing but a hassle and disappointment, so I won't be shopping with them again.
Grill and shelf
I was really let down by the service I got from the company. I mean, I thought that when I ordered that grill and shelf together, someone would have seen that the shelf wouldn't actually fit the grill I picked out. That lack of attention to detail was the first thing that got to me. Then, to make matters worse, they emailed me to say I needed to make a whole new order for the right shelf. They should have sorted that out as soon as they realised their mistake. And to top it all off, after I reached out a bunch of times, I found out they didn't even have a shelf that would fit the model I bought. So I ended up wasting time and money on returning that wrong shelf.

I ordered the garden Kettler bistro set and was a bit worried at first because of some bad reviews. But we placed the order on a Monday and the furniture arrived just four days later as promised. There was a slight hiccup as one cushion was missing, but after a quick phone call, they sent the cushion out straight away and it arrived the next day.

Large Spirit Weber BBQ purchase
I had a terrible experience with Dawsons Delivery. I didn't know they would just leave my £1000 BBQ on the pavement in front of my house. The customer service was awful, they even hung up on me when I tried to explain my frustration. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my husband, but it turned into a disaster. I won't be recommending BBQ World or Dawsons Delivery to anyone.
BBQ grill
I recently bought a BBQ grill from this company and to be honest, it was a bit of a nightmare. Even though I ordered it in good time and got a delivery date confirmation, there were problems at every step. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I waited at home all excited, only to get a call in the afternoon saying it wouldn't come until the next day. A bit gutted but fair enough, I rearranged things to be home the next day. But then, the next day came and went and there was still no sign of my BBQ. When I called the company, they said the delivery truck had some issue with its tachograph so it had to come back without dropping off my order. It was a proper pain as I needed it for a Bank Holiday weekend BBQ.

I went to BBQ World and had a great time! The staff were really friendly and helped me choose the best BBQ supplies. The people I spoke to over the phone were also really nice and sorted everything out quickly. I'll definitely be going back there if they have what I need again!
