Prescription glasses with thin lenses
I had a really good experience with eOpticians. Because I was on a budget, I thought I'd give their online service a go for my new glasses prescription. I was pleasantly surprised by the big savings compared to regular opticians. The process of ordering was easy, and I managed to choose a pair of glasses with my prescription lenses at a much lower price than other places. I ordered on a Monday and got my glasses the next Tuesday, all in perfect condition. I was especially impressed by the thin lenses, which didn't cost me any extra for my -2 prescription. The tracking info they gave me let me keep an eye on the delivery from Hungary to Royal Mail in England. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and product quality from eOpticians.

Garden table set purchase
I bought this table set from a place that was cheaper than the garden centre near my house, but it turned out to be a bad idea. The customer service was terrible, they didn't keep me informed about my order and I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. When it finally arrived, some pieces were missing, so frustrating! The delivery took much longer than they initially said. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from there, definitely not worth it.

Order return and refund issue
I had a bit of a nightmare with an online clothes shop recently. I ordered some bits, but they messed up the address on the package, so it got sent back to them. Even after getting in touch with customer service and being assured of a refund, it never came through. Got so fed up that I had to bring PayPal into the situation to sort it out, and luckily they took my side. But now, the shop's threatening me with debt collectors, making me feel really stressed out and annoyed. Didn't even get to see if their stuff was any good because of all the mess with my order and money.

Bathroom shopping experience
My trip to the store was absolutely brilliant. They had a fantastic range of bathroom pieces, and the prices were unbeatable. I had to switch out my sink cabinet at the last minute because of some plumbing problems, but the staff there were so helpful and made it easy for me to pick out a new one. All in all, it was a great shopping trip!
