Bedroom furniture
The staff down at the store were absolutely brilliant! I wasn't sure what bedroom furniture to go for since downsizing, but they were incredibly helpful. They were so professional, really knew their stuff, and had a great sense of humour, which I liked. I'm not exactly looking forward to the move, but I can't wait to see my new furniture in place. I'll definitely be ordering more once I've settled into my new bungalow. Big thanks to the staff for their fantastic service, and I would definitely recommend them for their top-notch quality and competitive prices.

Free gift with no phones received
I've just made a recent order from this company, and I got the free gift quite quickly. However, even though they promised next-day delivery, I still haven't received the two phones that I bought. They asked me for more details, which I gave them straight away, but I haven't heard anything about the status of my order since. It's been two weeks now since I placed the order, and I'm really let down by the poor communication and follow-up from this company.

Custom PC build
My experience with Gladiator PC was pretty good overall. The PC they built for me is top-notch and works perfectly, plus it's great value for money. However, I do think they could have communicated better. I knew it would take 7-10 working days to build my PC, but when that time passed with no updates, I had to get in touch with them for information. At first, they said everything was on track, but later I found out they were running behind due to being busy. I would have liked more regular and clear communication throughout the process. Despite the delays, my order did eventually arrive safely, though the delivery service could have been more careful with handling. If you want your order sooner, I suggest going for the faster build time option, but the standard build time does offer good value for money.

It shows that Best Heating truly cares about their customers even after they've bought something.

Ski equipment rental complaint
I had a bit of a rubbish time with the ski equipment rental company that this organisation uses. The line to get our gear was way too long, lasting a stressful two hours, and the people in the shop were really rude and didn't seem to care if the equipment fit properly. I tried to contact Skiworld by email to talk about my worries, but unfortunately, I never got a reply, even now. It's pretty clear that looking after customers isn't something they're bothered about.

Rental subscription for testing
I was really interested in the service at first and decided to give it a go for a month. However, the whole thing turned out to be a bit of a con. They made it out to be super easy to use, but once I'd signed up, I was bombarded with a load of unnecessary forms to fill in, most of which had nothing to do with me. The biggest let down was when they asked me to sign a contract via email. When I tried to talk to their support team about some issues I was having, I got no response at all. I tried reaching out multiple times but got completely ignored.
Luckily, I paid for the subscription using PayPal, so I was able to open a case and cancel it in the end. I eventually found a different service that not only didn't cost a thing but also had much quicker and more reliable support, doing exactly what it promised.
