I must say, my experience with this company has been a total let down. All the products I've bought have been a huge disappointment. When I tried to get a refund for one of them, they bombarded me with questions that made me feel clueless. Then, to make matters worse, I lost the packing slip for my latest order, so I had to settle for a discount code for different items instead of a refund. And the cherry on top? I still had to pay for shipping for the new products, along with some extra cash because the new items didn't add up to the same total cost. It's really frustrating, and I'm fed up with giving my money to this company. I should have known better than to fall for another promotion. The only good thing is that I hope the lipstick, lip gloss, and plumping cream I ordered will be amazing. If not, I'll block their ads and unsubscribe from their emails to avoid getting sucked in again.

fence paint purchase
I popped down to the shop to grab some fence paint but they were running low, luckily Tony was a legend and helped us track down some extra cans. He really went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. We ended up buying 4 tins and Sonita at the checkout was lovely, she took my details so she could give us a heads up when they restocked. The rest of the staff were all really friendly too, I felt like a valued customer. Shoutout to Homebase Wolverhampton, you guys rock!

I really love the home design courses at Create Academy! I've done five courses already and my top picks are definitely Rita Konig and Amanda Lindroth's. Willow Crossley's floral design course was also fantastic - really inspiring! It's so handy being able to go back to these courses whenever I need a bit of inspiration, even months after finishing them.

Booking Error Resolution
I had a problem with my advert on the platform which meant a potential guest couldn't book. When I contacted the helpline, their first response was unclear and not very helpful. It took a lot of effort, but the issue was eventually fixed after several unsuccessful booking attempts. I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and follow-up from Abritel, as they didn't deliver on their promises of explanations and solutions.

Personalized Orla crossbody bag
I bought a custom Orla crossbody bag from this company not long ago. I decided to splash out a bit and paid extra to have my initials put on the front of the bag, just like they showed on their website. But when the bag finally arrived, the initials were mistakenly put on the carry strap instead of where I wanted them on the crossbody strap. This made the personal touch hardly visible, and it didn't have the impact I was expecting. The bag itself was decent, but I felt let down by the way the initials were done, especially after seeing them advertised differently.
