Quick order, effortless return
Ordering was really easy, and when one of the products didn't work for me, returning it was a piece of cake. I got my refund pretty quickly, just a few days later. The makeup range was brilliant, but sadly, the skincare items just didn't agree with my skin.

I really like changing up my foundation to match the seasons, so I was pleased that I could quickly update the items in my subscription on their website. Lipstick, lip gloss, and plumping cream
I must say, my experience with this company has been a total let down. All the products I've bought have been a huge disappointment. When I tried to get a refund for one of them, they bombarded me with questions that made me feel clueless. Then, to make matters worse, I lost the packing slip for my latest order, so I had to settle for a discount code for different items instead of a refund. And the cherry on top? I still had to pay for shipping for the new products, along with some extra cash because the new items didn't add up to the same total cost. It's really frustrating, and I'm fed up with giving my money to this company. I should have known better than to fall for another promotion. The only good thing is that I hope the lipstick, lip gloss, and plumping cream I ordered will be amazing. If not, I'll block their ads and unsubscribe from their emails to avoid getting sucked in again.

I was a bit unsure about buying online at first because I wasn't sure about getting the right shade, but I was actually really happy with how well the makeup matched. Poreless primer, smooth finish
The stuff from this company is honestly top-notch. I reckon the ordering process was dead easy, especially with the chance to try something out before you buy. And the return policy is sound, though I doubt you'll wanna send anything back 'cos the products are spot on. My fav has got to be the poreless primer - it leaves my face looking smooth as anything and lasts all day.

Fast checkout process and shipping but unclear shipping notification
The checkout was super quick and the fast shipping was great. But I was a bit unsure if my package had been sent as I didn't get a shipping notification. Paying with Paypal was a big bonus for me as it made things really easy and simple. The only issue I had was when I tried to purchase some lipsticks - the colours looked different in each picture. Hopefully, when my order arrives, I'll get the right colour and it will be cute too.

Great products, deceiving advertising
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for quite some time now and I've always been really impressed with their products, particularly the mascara and foundation. The quality is top-notch and I'll definitely keep buying them. However, one thing that does bug me is their advertising. The models in the ads seem to have so many filters on, making the foundation look absolutely flawless, when in reality it's good but not quite as perfect as they make it out to be. I wish the advertising was a bit more honest and didn't try to deceive customers.

I'm so angry that the company signed me up for automatic renewal without telling me and then took money from my PayPal account without even asking for permission or reminding me for 4 months. It's completely fraudulent and feels like theft. On top of that, the product I got wasn't as good as they said it would be - it was rubbish. I'll definitely be going back to my old makeup brand.

I really love the products from this brand, especially the foundation, eyeliner, and lipstick. They're really good quality and I always choose them first. It's disappointing when a company prioritises making money over making their customers happy. This happened to me when their foundation gave me skin irritation. Even though I asked for a refund, they said no and I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed with their customer service. Also, I felt like they were too pushy and wouldn't listen to me when I asked them to cancel two shipments that I didn't want or need.
Great products, interesting transaction
Well, I just have to say, the products from this makeup company were absolutely amazing, no complaints at all. However, the whole transaction was a bit iffy if you ask me. It's just a shame they don't have a distribution centre in Canada - the exchange rates and shipping fees were just too steep for my liking.
