I bought some garden furniture
I recently ordered some garden furniture from a store and they promised it would be here in 3-4 days, but it ended up taking weeks to arrive. When I tried to cancel the order because I needed something else urgently, they completely ignored my emails and calls. It was really irritating! Eventually, the items showed up, but by then I didn't want them anymore. I asked them to take it back and refund me, but I still haven't heard back from them. It's just so frustrating!

Pre-ordered game
I recently pre-ordered a game from this website and I have to say I am really happy with how everything turned out. The game arrived on release day just like they said it would, which was a nice surprise because sometimes pre-orders can be a bit dodgy. What really impressed me was the good price they offered, it was better than what I'd seen elsewhere. Also, they sent me some extra add-on content by email the day before the game arrived, which was a nice little bonus. The customer service I got was top-notch, they made me feel really important as a customer. I'll definitely be coming back to this website and I'll be telling my mates about it too.

Good experience, customer service issue
I had a pretty good experience with this service overall, but let me tell you, trying to get in touch with the customer service team was an absolute nightmare. It would be so much easier if they just had a phone number available for customers to call up with any questions or problems, instead of having to wait around for an email reply. It's really annoying having to keep following up through emails, especially when you need a quick resolution. So, it would be great if they could sort this out to make things better for customers like me.
