    Outdoor furniture set

    I bought some outdoor furniture from this company and it was a disaster. The quality was not as good as I was expecting, and when I tried to sort it out with customer service, they were really unhelpful. I wanted a refund of £600 because the set wasn't what I was promised. But getting my money back has been a nightmare. The customer service team has been slow, not replying, and not taking responsibility. It's really annoying to have to fight so hard for a refund when they sold me a faulty product. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company because their products and service are not worth the trouble.

    Genoa bench seat purchase

    I bought a Genoa bench seat from this company, and they said it would arrive in 5-7 days. But it actually took 18 days! I got in touch with the distributor, complained about the delay, and suddenly the item was sent out and it arrived today. The bench seat is great, but the late delivery was a letdown.

    I recently bought a garden furniture set from this company and it was a disaster. Once I placed my order, I heard nothing about when I would get it. The delivery date passed and still no sign of it. I tried to get in touch by phone, email, and even on Facebook but got no response. It's so annoying when a company you've bought from just ignores you. I had to cancel my order through my credit card company in the end. Not a good experience - I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I wish I had read the reviews before ordering those 2 garden chairs. It's been a complete nightmare! Got the email confirmation and then nothing. I've been waiting ages, tried to contact them numerous times, and finally got a response saying that today is the delivery day. No tracking or confirmation, just hoping for the best. The Messenger chat was pointless, full of automated replies. Waited for over an hour to speak to an agent, but no one appeared. Starting to think I'll never receive my chairs. Luckily, PayPal came through and I got my money back. Ugh, what a hassle!

    I bought a strimmer from this company and it's been a total nightmare. I paid through Paypal for the buyer protection and chose standard delivery expecting it in 3 days. It's been over 10 days now and still no sign of my strimmer. I've tried reaching out to the company via email, phone, website chat, Facebook chat, and even left messages on their answering machine, but it's like they don't even exist or care about their customers. I've had to raise a help request with Paypal to try and get my money back - what a mess! Also, turns out the director has had 3 failed businesses before, so that's a major red flag. Checking their Facebook page just confirms my suspicions, it's full of negative comments and angry faces. I really wish I had seen those before placing my order.

    I bought a bread maker from this place back in January and they promised it would arrive in 3-4 days. Can you believe it? I waited for a whole 2 weeks and still no sign of it! So I decided to send them an email, and all they said was that it would be delivered by Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went, and still no bread maker! I reached out again, and all they could offer was apologies and a promise to look into it. I had to take matters into my own hands and ask my bank for a refund because I was convinced it was a scam. Now, even in March, they're still trying to dispute the refund with my bank as if they actually delivered something! What a nightmare of a company, please avoid buying from them.
