Review about: Divan Beds Centre
Bed frame with deluxe mattress
I bought a bed frame and what they called a deluxe mattress from this company at the end of January. The bed frame looks good, but I have to say I'm not happy with the mattress quality. Even though we paid extra for a deluxe mattress, the memory foam is really thin, and both me and my partner can feel the springs poking through after just a few months of use. Not only that, the springs are bulging at the sides, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. I wouldn't even say this mattress is as good as a cheap one you might find in a place like Argos, let alone something deluxe. If this is genuinely the best mattress they have, then I'll be looking elsewhere in the future. Turns out the saying "you get what you pay for" is true here, as I've ended up with a below-average mattress despite paying extra for the best.

I've been with this company for a good chunk of time now and I've always had top-notch service. The agent I deal with is great, always there to help me out with loans and answer any queries. I'm really happy with the service and I'll definitely be sticking with them for my financial stuff in the long run.

Online money transfer
I've just done an online money transfer to my card, but when I checked the IBAN, it showed 0.00. I got in touch with customer service a few times to ask about the problem, and they told me there was a queue for those inquiries. Waiting was so annoying, especially since I needed the funds urgently. It would've been great if they could've responded faster or found a way to speed things up.

I found this raincoat and it was just what I wanted - great value, really good quality, smart, and practical. It's lightweight too, which is ideal for outdoor stuff. I was really pleased with how fast and safely it was delivered.

Fibre optic broadband installation
Josh Davis, the technician who came round, was absolutely fantastic. Right from the start, he was bang on time and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything about the installation and happily answered all my questions. The work he did was top-notch and now I've got a flawless internet connection. Josh was great at keeping me in the loop, making sure I knew what was happening and dealing with any worries straight away.

Stay at a holiday park
This was my first time staying at a holiday park and I decided to go to one in North Wales. The experience was okay, nothing special really. The facilities were pretty good, but nothing amazing. The staff were nice enough, but nothing particularly outstanding. The food delivery to the accommodation was quick, but there wasn't a huge variety to choose from. The general vibe was fine, but it didn't really leave a lasting impression on me. I thought the prices were a bit high for what was on offer. The location was pleasant, but not really anything exceptional. Overall, it was an alright experience that didn't quite meet my expectations.

Unsatisfactory cottage rental
I recently booked a cottage rental with this company, hoping for a nice break away. However, my stay turned out to be really disappointing. There were a lot of problems with the property, such as plumbing and electrical issues, as well as cleanliness concerns. I contacted the company when I got back home to complain and show proof of the problems, but they didn't want to take any responsibility. The owner of the rental property was also unhelpful, which left me feeling really frustrated and let down. The lack of care and bad customer service I experienced was really upsetting. I would advise anyone thinking of booking with this company to be very cautious, as my experience was far from good.
