    Faulty soles

    I bought some shoes not long ago and, to my dismay, the soles began falling apart after only a few times wearing them. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email but got no reply. When I eventually got through to someone, they were unhelpful, rude, and didn't believe me. It's sad to see a brand that used to be known for their high quality now giving such terrible customer service.

    My recent trip to the store was really disappointing. The staff just ignored me while I was trying to find a jacket. It was obvious they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. When I finally tried to ask about the jacket, they rudely brushed me off. I left feeling really frustrated and upset. But when I got in touch with the Head of Retail, they helped me out with my concerns, which was good. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store, I faced the same poor service. So, I won't be shopping there again.

    Versace belt and shorts

    I was a bit worried at first that the items might not be genuine and would take ages to arrive. But everything turned out to be legit, and delivery only took 3 days because I'm based in the USA. I ordered a belt and some shorts, and both were authentic. The belt didn’t come with the box, but it was packaged securely. I will definitely be shopping here again!

    Cancelled booking refund

    I had to cancel my booking with this parking service because of something unexpected, but the refund process was actually really quick and efficient. They sent me an email on the same day to confirm they processed the refund. It's nice to know there are companies out there that care about their customers and can still give great service when things don't go as planned. This whole thing made me think highly of them, and I'll definitely think about booking with them again next time.

    I've been a regular customer at this shop for a while now, and I have to say I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. Normally, they're quick and efficient with my orders, but this time everything seems to be moving at a snail's pace. It's been nearly two weeks since I placed my order, and I've only just been given a delivery date by the courier. This delay is really frustrating, especially because I was excited to get my new clothes on time.

    Women's bralet/sports bra in size 8

    I recently bought a women's bralet/sports bra from Bad Monday in a size 8, but it turned out to be way too small. Even though I am usually a size 8 and wear a 34C, the bralet just didn't fit me properly. I returned it right away and got a size 12 instead, which fitted me perfectly. The company was really fast in sending me the new size I asked for. The only downside was that I had to pay for the return, but it was only 80p, so I can't really complain about that. In the end, I was happy with my purchase once I got the right size.
