Woolwich jacket
I bought a Woolwich jacket from this seller not long ago, but I was pretty let down by the quality of it, to be honest. It didn't measure up to the usual standard I expect from Woolwich stuff. When I tried to send it back, the seller wouldn't have it and didn't really help me out at all in sorting it out. It's clear to me now that this seller isn't being straight up and might even be selling fake products. All in all, it's been a frustrating and disappointing experience dealing with them.
Online purchase trouble
I had a really bad experience with this online shop. I ordered something and got sent the wrong thing. To top it off, I had to fork out a lot in taxes for this wrong item that was delivered to me here in the UK. When I tried to send it back and get my money back, they said it was an 'imported product' and couldn't be returned. I asked for a discount code so I could buy the right thing, but my emails to customer service were totally ignored. It's been super frustrating and disappointing overall.
Dolce and Gabbana briefcase
I was so worried about finding the perfect briefcase for my daughter's law school graduation. I thought it would take ages to arrive in the US, but I was pleasantly surprised when it got here just 5 days later! The briefcase looks fantastic and my daughter absolutely adores it. Plus, when I had a few questions, they responded to me super fast. I would definitely buy from here again.
Converse Run Star Hike shoes - Wrong color and size
I recently bought a pair of Converse Run Star Hike shoes from an online shop, but they sent me the wrong colour and size. On top of that, they charged me over $30 for international shipping, which I thought was ridiculous. The whole thing has left me feeling really annoyed and let down. The customer service and care for getting things right was seriously lacking. I'm now trying to get a refund for my order. Until this gets sorted out, I'm going to leave a 1-star review.
Luxury bag purchase
I bought a fancy bag online from this shop the other day, but I have to say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I saw that the price was reduced, which got me interested, but then I found out I had to pay a hefty import tax, so the total cost went way up. Even though they had discount codes on their site, I couldn't use them for my order, which was annoying. And the fact they didn't make it clear about the import tax just made me feel like they were being dishonest. All in all, I wasn't happy with how things went down when I was shopping.
Wasted time and money
My experience with this boutique was just terrible. I ordered online and they kept my money for ages without saying a word. When I asked about my order, they ignored me. I had to contact my credit card company in the end because the boutique went ahead and cancelled my order without telling me. I definitely won't be shopping there again and I'd recommend others to avoid it too.

I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at this boutique! I ordered three items recently and was so happy to get them within a few days. The packaging was really well done, making sure that my items arrived in perfect condition. The sale prices are really good compared to other Italian boutiques. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

The customer service at this store is absolutely top-notch. They managed to get my order to the USA in just two days with express shipping, and the packaging of my Christian Louboutin sneaker was really impressive. The whole shopping experience was smooth and efficient.
Import Duty Scam
My experience with this company was absolutely disgraceful. I purchased something online and was shocked by the huge import duty/tax charge added to my order. When I asked about it, they said the UK is now an extra EU country. It's outrageous to make customers pay extra fees for goods from Italy to the UK. Exploiting customers like this and pretending it's okay is just wrong. This company should be ashamed of their dishonest practices. I recommend avoiding them completely, they're nothing but fraudsters who cheat and take advantage of their customers for their own benefit.
Moncler Bag, London Delivery
I bought a Moncler Bag from this shop recently and I have to say, it was a really good experience. The bag arrived in London only three days after I bought it, which was surprisingly quick considering it came from abroad. Not only that, but I saved a lot of money compared to buying the bag from a full-price shop. Knowing that the bag is authentic also reassures me that I made a good choice. I really don't understand the negative reviews I've seen, because my experience with this shop has been totally positive. Thanks, Base Blu, for making my shopping experience so easy.
Recently purchased an item and encountered unexpected VAT charges upon delivery
I recently bought something from this company, and to my surprise, I had to pay extra VAT charges when it was delivered. At first, I thought the VAT was already included in the price I paid online, as they had said. But when the package arrived in the UK, I got a hefty VAT bill that I wasn't expecting. When I tried to talk to the company about it, they were rude and denied that they had said VAT was included in the original price. Instead of being upfront and dealing with the problem properly, they just changed their terms and conditions quickly. The whole thing left me feeling annoyed and like they hadn't been honest with me.
High duty charge
I recently bought something and was really surprised to see a big customs charge added to my bill. I reckon this item should have been cheaper, especially when you look at what other companies are offering. Sadly, this whole thing has put me off shopping here again.
Present for my sister
I purchased a gift for my sister and managed to use a discount code, it was really simple. The delivery was quick and safe, and the whole shopping experience was pleasant and straightforward. Excited to buy something else soon!
Damaged goods
I recently bought some things online and unfortunately, they arrived damaged. The delivery was quick, but when I got the items, I saw they were damaged with a little yellow sticker pointing out the problem. It was obvious the shop knew about the damage before sending them. I was not happy with the lack of communication about the damaged items and the delay in getting a return label. It's been nearly a month now, and I still haven't got a refund for the damaged goods. It was really frustrating, and the shop didn't own up to their mistake. I won't be shopping there again and I want to tell others to steer clear of that store.
Givenchy boots purchase
My experience with Base Blu was really good all the way through. I bought a pair of Givenchy boots at a great price, much cheaper than in the shops. I was thinking of cancelling my order at first, but the customer service team got back to me quickly and were understanding when I changed my mind. The boots arrived earlier than I thought they would, which was a nice surprise. The website does mention that if you need to return something or pay customs charges, that's down to you as the customer, so it's worth remembering for future buys. Overall, I was really impressed with how friendly and speedy Base Blu were in dealing with everything.
Versace belt and shorts
I was a bit worried at first that the items might not be genuine and would take ages to arrive. But everything turned out to be legit, and delivery only took 3 days because I'm based in the USA. I ordered a belt and some shorts, and both were authentic. The belt didn’t come with the box, but it was packaged securely. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Fendi polo men
I have to say, this was my first time treating myself to luxury designer goods from this website, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't just deliver my item to the USA quickly, the packaging was spot on. The Fendi polo I got was definitely the real deal and it looked even nicer than I had expected. Misleading pricing
I had a bad experience shopping online the other day. I saw something I wanted to buy, but when I went to pay, the price kept going up. It started at €1,600, but by the time I got to payment, it was €2,000. That's just not right, especially for EU shipping. I tried emailing customer service to ask about it, but they never got back to me. I can't deal with this lack of honesty and support, so I'm going to have to shop somewhere else from now on.
International Order
If you're ordering from outside the EU, just a heads up - this company can really complicate your return process. I was aware that I needed to pay duty when ordering from the UK, but I was truly surprised when they informed me that I had to pay duty AGAIN when returning the item from Italy. This has never happened to me with any other European company. It feels like they're purposely trying to discourage customers from returning items by adding on extra charges.
