Walking Boots falling apart
I made a huge mistake getting these Walking Boots from that store. Let me tell you, it was a disaster waiting to happen. I only had them for a few days before they started falling apart. What's the point of buying outdoor shoes if they can't even last a week? Luckily, returning them was easy and I got my money back without any problems. But honestly, the quality of these Boots is just not up to scratch.
Faulty backpack
I've recently bought a backpack from this shop, but after using it only a few times, the zip broke away from the bag. I was really disappointed with the poor quality of the product, so I took it back to the store in March hoping for a refund or a replacement. However, despite sending several emails to follow up on the matter, I still haven't got it sorted. The customer service I've dealt with has been really bad. It's frustrating to be left without a backpack and no refund. I'll definitely be going somewhere else for my shopping in the future.
Children's outfit purchase
I popped into this shop in Richmond, North Yorkshire recently and was lucky enough to have Alex help me out. She was so friendly and helpful, really going the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed, especially as I was feeling a bit stressed out. Thanks to Alex, I managed to pick out a lovely outfit for my little one and we left with a happy boy. The selection in the shop was great and Alex's advice made the whole shopping experience easy and fun.
Waterproof hiking shoes
I bought some waterproof hiking shoes not long ago and I must say, they were a real let down. They were supposed to be tough and reliable for outdoor adventures, but the soles wore out in just a few months of normal use. The design had really thin soles with a honeycomb structure that just couldn't handle the amount of walking I do every day with my dog. I was really disappointed with how they held up and wouldn't suggest them to anyone in need of sturdy outdoor footwear.
Faulty Baylin boots
I got these boots from a store, but they broke after only two months! I got a new pair, but then on my first day wearing them, one of the eyelets came off 😠 The employee told me they were having issues with some of their shoes, but then they changed their story 🤔 They wouldn't refund me or exchange the boots again as they didn't have any left in stock. I ended up buying some clothes I didn't even like just to avoid losing my money. The employee was really unpleasant and accused us of lying! They even suggested that maybe we shouldn't shop there anymore because we kept having problems with their products! It was so rude and honestly, the service was just terrible.
Jacket purchase
My recent trip to the store was really disappointing. The staff just ignored me while I was trying to find a jacket. It was obvious they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. When I finally tried to ask about the jacket, they rudely brushed me off. I left feeling really frustrated and upset. But when I got in touch with the Head of Retail, they helped me out with my concerns, which was good. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store, I faced the same poor service. So, I won't be shopping there again.
Walking shoes
I bought some walking shoes from the shop, but they didn't fit properly, so I took them back. The people in the store were really helpful and sorted it out for me. Now my shoes fit perfectly and I'm really pleased with the customer service I received!
Trespass Boots
I was really disappointed with the quality of these boots - they wore out after only a few months of me wearing them casually. I definitely wouldn't recommend them for anything more serious.
Awesome coat
I recently bought this really awesome coat and I absolutely love it! The colour is incredible and the material is really comfortable. The customer service was so helpful and they sorted out my problem really quickly.

I decided to reach out to customer service by email about it, and I have to say, I was really pleased with how fast and helpful they were in sorting out the problem. The person I spoke to was really understanding, and they made it easy for me to get a refund. I'm grateful for the great aftercare service I received from the company.
Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this store and picked it up from the Camberley store. The staff there found the jacket for me quickly and I've been really pleased with how good it is. The whole experience was quick and easy, and I'm really happy with what I got.
Coat exchange for bigger size
I bought a coat from this shop in early April, but it didn't fit me right. So, I returned it and asked for a larger size. They said they sent the new coat, but it's now May 13th and I still haven't got it. It's really bad service - I paid for it but haven't received it. And now they're not even replying to my emails about getting a refund.
Jacket for school trip
I sent them an email about the jacket I bought for our school trip because I lost the tag with the washing instructions. They replied promptly and gave me all the information I needed. I found them to be very helpful and kind.
Waterproof jacket
The other day, I went to this shop and it was really great! When I first got there, the staff greeted me and helped me pick out a fantastic waterproof jacket. They also took the time to explain to me why certain jackets are pricier and why some are more effective at keeping you dry. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely return if I need more outdoor gear.
Fleece jackets
I really like my new fleeces, they're really cosy and warm! I managed to get them at a good price because they were on sale. The delivery was really speedy, I was impressed, and the payment instructions were simple to understand. Although, I was a bit let down because one of the fleeces had black details instead of navy. The second fleece was darker than I thought, more of a maroon colour than rose, and the arms were a bit tight.
Online jacket purchase
I bought a jacket online and supposed to collect from the store. But, I ended up waiting for 10 days with no updates, so I emailed the company to find out what's up. I have to say, the service via email was top-notch. They quickly sorted out my issue and gave me all the details I needed in a very professional and efficient way. I'm grateful for the quick and useful help I got.
Jacket and pants
I ordered a jacket and some trousers online, but they never arrived. When I phoned their customer service, they kept me on hold for ages and then the person I spoke to was really rude. They still haven't refunded me for the items I returned to the store, and I'm still waiting. I won't be shopping there again.
Coat with broken zipper
I bought a coat from this company not long ago and was really let down when it arrived with a broken zipper right out of the box. I got in touch with their customer service straight away and we had quite a long email conversation about it. I even sent them some photos of the faulty zipper, and they said I'd get a full refund within 3 working days. But it's been 15 working days now and I still haven't seen any sign of that refund. It's really annoying and doesn't seem very professional. This company seems to make a habit of not keeping their promises.
Winter jacket - Missed delivery
The customer service at this store is really lacking. I ordered a winter jacket and another item, but only one of them showed up. The other one was marked as undelivered and supposedly sent back to the sender by Royal Mail. I've been in touch with customer service several times, but they still haven't sorted this out even after over a month. I haven't got a refund or a replacement item yet, and Trespass is saying they don't have any record of the item being returned. It's really frustrating that they're not being efficient or keeping me informed.
Waterproof jacket and hiking boots
The waterproof jacket and hiking boots I purchased were really cool and great value for money as they were on sale. The quality was excellent too, as they kept me dry and comfortable during my hikes. The only thing that annoyed me was that it took a long time to get my money back when I returned some items due to needing different sizes, but I eventually received it. The people I spoke with online were really friendly and helpful. It's a shame they have been receiving some negative reviews recently. However, I would definitely buy from them again without a doubt!
