New air fryer
I recently got a new air fryer and I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it online because I'm not that great with technology, you know? But it turned out to be pretty straightforward and simple! To my surprise, it arrived quite quickly and was packaged up neatly. The air fryer is fantastic! I'm still adjusting to the timer settings as I've always used gas, but the food I've cooked with it has been excellent so far! Thank you very much!

Fast delivery and great service
I recently bought something from The Perfume Shop and I was really happy with how quickly it arrived and the excellent service I got. The delivery was super fast and the customer service team were so nice and helpful. But there was a small problem with the delivery - the package was left hidden by a plant pot at my front door by Royal Mail. I was home all day but the delivery person didn't ring the bell to let me know they'd dropped it off. It made me wonder how reliable Royal Mail's delivery service is these days.

Ticket Purchase for Shows
I recently bought tickets for two different shows at LW Theatres for me and my parents. Sadly, we had to cancel our plans because my mother passed away suddenly. Even though I told LW Theatres in advance, they said they couldn't give us a refund. I had also bought insurance from Booking Protect when I booked the tickets, thinking it would help in situations like this. But I was upset to find out that only my mother's ticket would be refunded, not the others in our group. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of compassion and empathy from a big company like LW Theatres.

Ordering online was so easy, and the product description was spot-on. I liked getting updates on when my order was sent out and being able to easily track my parcel. The sandals I got are not just trendy, but also super comfy. I'll definitely be buying more in the future.

Lemon tree purchase
I've bought a couple of things from this company and each time the people who got them said the plants were in good shape. Turns out, the lemon tree I gave as a present has even grown a few fruits, great news! Everything went smoothly with the delivery and no problems with the chosen delivery date. I'm happy with the stuff I got and the service they gave me, good job all around!

Climbing Rose Support Obelisk
I got my climbing rose support obelisk delivered today to support my 70-year-old climbing rose. I had to use some tape to keep it in place while putting it together, but overall, it's really good quality. I'm now thinking about replacing all my old obelisks with ones like these.

Quick delivery
I ordered something online, paid for next day delivery, but it didn't turn up. So, I got in touch to complain and they said I'd missed their next day delivery deadline - really? And they still took my money! I had a look on their website today and now they're offering free next day delivery - why wasn't that available to me? The package eventually arrived at a nearby post office - not exactly handy. I definitely won't be using them again!
