Beautiful shoes, poor quality
I bought some lovely shoes from that shop I'd been wanting for ages. Sadly, they turned out to be really disappointing. I had to take two of the three pairs back because they didn't fit properly, which was annoying but I could understand. But then the third pair I kept broke after only a month of wearing them occasionally. The chunky heel on them collapsed inside, so now I can't wear them at all. It's such a shame because they look so nice, but the terrible quality means they're just not worth the money.
Leather jackets purchase
I absolutely loved the leather jackets I got from this place. They were really good value and had such a great selection of styles to choose from. I was really impressed by the quality of the materials and how well the designs were done. The delivery was quick and my stuff came in perfect condition. Honestly, I almost couldn't resist getting more because I was so happy with what I got.
Order not received, delayed delivery
I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered some shoes, but they never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they would send the order again, but it still hasn't arrived. It seems like they're selling stuff that they don't actually have, which is causing big delays. The shoes are nice, but if they can't sort out their customer service and delivery, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Shoes
I bought these shoes because I thought they looked really cool and stylish, but to be honest, they're not very comfortable. I was expecting them to be really comfy like walking on clouds, but after wearing them for a few weeks, I'm finding it really difficult to walk in them. It feels like they're squashing my toes or something. It's not great, to be honest.
Long wait for my order
I ordered something from this website ages ago, but it still hasn't arrived. The website promised it'd be here in about 10 days, but it's been more like two weeks now and there's still no sign of it. I can't even track the order, so I'm not sure if it'll ever show up. Honestly, ordering from this place was such a mistake - I definitely wouldn't do it again.
Fab boots!
I was just browsing on ASOS, right, and I came across this brand that had the nicest shoes ever! I decided to visit their website to compare the prices, and turns out they were even cheaper there! I ended up buying a pair of boots and when I got them, I was shocked. They are seriously so good, just like the pictures. I'm totally obsessed with them now and I'm already planning to buy more.
High boots
I wouldn't recommend splashing out on these high boots. The quality is terrible - the sole came apart after only a week of wearing them. I was really gutted because I was expecting a nice, well-made pair of shoes, but these just didn't measure up. Do yourself a favour and try your luck somewhere else.
My order never arrived
My order didn't turn up at all, and it took them a whole 3 weeks before they even started talking about giving me my money back, even though they'd known it was lost for ages! I had to post on their Instagram to finally get a reply and my money back, but then they went and removed my post to cover up how terrible their customer service is. They're an absolute joke!
Boots with a fault
My boots had a problem, so I got in touch with customer service and Mollie was really friendly and helpful! She arranged for a new pair to be sent out to me right away, so I didn't have to wait. She was really professional and did a fantastic job. Thanks a million, Mollie! I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Duplicate order issue
I bought something and got charged twice by mistake. I've tried to contact them a few times, but they haven't resolved it yet. The lack of communication and unprofessional behaviour is not on. They need to get back to me ASAP, or I'll have to escalate this further.
Nerf gun
I ordered a Nerf gun on the 19th of November and they keep telling me it's delayed. Then they suddenly said it's pre-ordered, even though it was in stock when I made the order. None of my messages are getting replied to and it's meant to be dispatched on the 8th, but still no sign of it! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them, seems like a total scam!
Fashion-forward shoe purchase
I really loved the selection of fashionable shoes they had, they were definitely on top of the latest trends. The delivery was surprisingly quick and returns were easy, which is always a plus. However, I did notice that the shipping fees were a bit high compared to other shoe sites. But the quality of the shoes definitely justified the higher price.
T-shirt and trainers
Oh my gosh, I just can't deal with this place! I ordered a t-shirt and some trainers, and they were meant to be delivered to me, but they never arrived! They blamed it on the courier, but I don't believe them. The customer service was really rude and unhelpful when I asked for a refund. The whole thing was a complete nightmare. If you're thinking about buying from this place, just avoid it. It's not worth the hassle, go somewhere else instead.
Affordable quality products
This was my first time buying from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. The items I got look exactly like the pictures on their website, and the price was pretty reasonable. I'm especially pleased with the shoes I got, they feel really sturdy and well-made. Hopefully they'll last me a good while. The only downside was that my order arrived a couple of days later than expected, but it wasn't a big deal for me. The customer service team were great though, really helpful and quick to respond, which made up for the delay. All in all, I had a positive shopping experience and would definitely recommend this brand to others.
Faulty boots returned
Martin from customer service was really nasty to me! I returned the boots because they were broken, but only got a partial refund. I got in touch via email to sort it out, but Martin was completely unhelpful. I reckon he could do with learning some manners.
Beautiful shoes, disappointed quality
I recently bought a pair of shoes from your shop and was really impressed at first by how nice they looked and how well-made they seemed. However, my opinion changed when I wore them out to dinner and noticed scuff marks on them when I got home. I was surprised at how quickly they showed signs of wear, especially considering how much they cost. In the end, I was let down by the quality of the shoes, even though I initially thought they were great.
A pair of boots

But when they arrived, I noticed that the finishes weren't great, especially for the price I paid. I still thought they were nice enough to keep. Unfortunately, after wearing them just a few times, I realised the sole was coming off. It was really disappointing because I had expected better quality, considering how good they looked. I wouldn't recommend buying shoes from your store to others, as the quality doesn't seem to match the price.
Shoes not arrived
I bought some shoes but they never turned up. The tracking details they gave me were a total lie. Luckily, I paid with Paypal, so I'll be able to get my money back!
Tax payment request
I had a bit of a rough time recently with a company that wanted me to pay £6 in tax through PayPal to get my package. They sent me an email without any official proof of who they were, so I got a bit worried. I tried reaching out to their customer service on Facebook, but they didn't bother to reply, leaving me only 5 days to sort it out. This unexpected charge ended up costing me more than I planned for. Most UK shops usually handle taxes for you, but this company just dropped it on me out of nowhere. And on top of that, there was no way to track my order on their website - the link showed there was no tracking number at all. All in all, I think their lack of transparency and poor customer service was really unprofessional and not great for us consumers.

It's been 2.5 weeks since I ordered, and even though I've contacted customer service a few times, I still haven't had a proper answer. At first, I got an email saying my order was on its way, but now I've not heard anything else. I'm frustrated by the slow response from customer service and I just want to get my order soon.
