I've used this travel agency before and have always been happy with the service. But, my latest booking left me a bit disappointed. They didn't give me all the info I needed. They told me to call the airline to pick my seats, but they didn't mention the extra cost for standard seats or that I couldn't get extra legroom seats. It might not be a big deal to some, but it matters to me. Even with this issue, I might give this agency another chance in the future.
