Girlfriend's birthday t-shirt
I ordered a t-shirt for my girlfriend's birthday back on July 1st. The website said it would be available from July 20th, but here we are on August 9th and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent the company a few emails, but they haven't given me a good answer. According to the tracking on their website, my order is still pending with an expected delivery date of August 3rd. I won't be shopping with them again and would warn others to avoid them too.
Jersey
I bought a jersey the other day and I've got to say, I'm really happy with everything. Ordering it was easy, I got the confirmation email pretty quickly and then the tracking code not long after. The website was really easy to use, so putting in my order was a piece of cake. And just a couple of weeks later, my jersey turned up without any problems, even quicker than I thought it would. The quality of it is spot on, just what I was after. All in all, I had a good time shopping with this store.
Return process
I recently bought something from Mlb Shop Europe and even though I was happy with the item, I had to return it. The return process was okay, but there was a big problem when it came to getting my money back. It took a whole three months of arguing and proving that I had returned the item before they finally gave me a refund. I even had to threaten to call the police before they fixed the issue. It's really not good that a company would make it so hard for customers to get their money back. It felt like they were trying to cheat people on purpose. I really suggest that others stay away from a place that's so dishonest and untrustworthy.
Unreliable service
I bought something from an online shop the other day and honestly, the service was pretty disappointing. Firstly, my first item went missing when I sent it back, which cost me money. Then, the second item was meant to be refunded, but the money never appeared in my account. It's been over a month now and I've had to keep emailing them to try and get some answers.
Jersey purchase
I recently bought a jersey online and I thought it was alright, but there were a few things that could have been better. For starters, I didn't get an email to confirm my order or a tracking number, which made me a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews about the customer service. I emailed them and got an automatic reply telling me to use the live chat on the website. When I went on the site, I had to deal with a chatbot that was pretty confusing and it was a struggle to find what I needed. Finally got my tracking number after a lot of effort and time, which was annoying.
New sports gear
I was a bit worried about ordering at first because a few people had said it wasn't great, but I decided to take a chance and buy some new sports gear. I ended up receiving two items really quickly and the last item arrived the next day. I got loads of emails keeping me updated with things like confirmation and tracking information. I would definitely purchase from here again!
Jersey purchase
I recently tried to contact customer support via the chat feature on the website, but unfortunately, it was never available. Every time I attempted, I was told that all Fan Advocates were occupied helping others. I then explored the other options, only to be stuck in a frustrating cycle of unanswered queries with no extra assistance. After exhausting the chat, I resorted to emailing them, as it seemed to be the only way left to reach out. However, it has been 5 days since I sent my first email (and 2 emails in total), and I still haven't heard back. It's clear that their promise to respond within 24 hours is just a false claim.
T-shirt
As someone who bought a t-shirt from your website recently, I have to say I'm really disappointed with the whole experience. The delivery date I was promised was 03/11, but by 18/11, the item still hadn't been sent out. I sent loads of emails to customer service, but got no reply until 01/12. It was only after I found a different site with a customer service number that I managed to get a refund sorted out. And then I found out that the t-shirt wasn't even in stock, even though I'd already paid for it. The lack of communication about what's in stock is just not on. It was really disheartening to hear that other customers were having the same problems when they got in touch with customer service. The whole process has been so frustrating and disappointing, and it just hasn't lived up to expectations. I would definitely recommend people stay away from this company.
Orioles Jersey purchase
I ordered an Orioles Jersey and paid extra for next day delivery, but it turned out to be a false promise. There was no official customer service to contact, so I had to get in touch through another company's Twitter account for answers. They told me to expect the jersey in 5-7 days, but I ended up waiting for 8 days without any updates or communication about the shipping. I had to chase them up again via Twitter and found out that the jersey was being reprinted, adding even more days to my wait. It finally took 3 weeks for the jersey to arrive. Overall, the service was just awful from beginning to end and I wouldn't recommend buying from this site.
Baseball jersey purchase
This shop is terrible! I bought a baseball jersey over three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They never update me, ignore my messages, and their customer service is awful. I can't even reach them! It's clearly a scam. Avoid this website at all costs. I'm determined to get my money back.
Cap order
I ordered a cap ages ago and I still haven't received it! It's been over 16 days now and I haven't heard anything from them at all. I've been trying to get in touch with their support team but it seems impossible to reach them - they're like a ghost! How long does it take to send a cap anyway? I'm starting to worry that I'll never actually get it.
Hoodie and cap
I bought a hoodie and cap from this online shop, but it was such a letdown. I ordered them on the 15th of September, and by the 25th of October, I still hadn't heard anything or received my stuff. It's really annoying to fork out cash for things and then not get them on time. I tried getting in touch with customer service several times, but got no reply. This whole lack of communication and clear information is just not on.
Ordered a football jersey
I ordered a football jersey from an online store not too long ago. I decided to pay extra for express shipping so it would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, it still hasn't shown up, even though it's been quite a while. I'm pretty disappointed with how they're handling things – there's been no communication and they seem slow at processing orders. When you pay more for faster shipping, you expect your stuff to arrive on time. I've had to go through the trouble of finding another place to buy the same jersey, which is just a big hassle.

What a total nightmare ordering from this shop! I bought a Seattle Mariners hat from their website, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I waited for what felt like ages, only to finally get an email saying my item had been sent back with no real reason why. The customer service was useless and didn't give me any proper help to fix things. It was just so frustrating and disappointing, all in all.
Delayed order
I ordered a jersey expecting it to come on a certain date, however, it didn't even ship by then. The next day, I got an email saying it was delayed. I quickly asked for a cancellation and refund because I couldn't wait any longer. This whole situation has made me hesitant to use this website again in the future.
Tampa Bay Rays jersey purchase
I'm a huge Tampa Bay Rays fan here in the UK, and I was excited to check out your online store to get a new jersey for the MLB games in June. It was a bit of a letdown though, as I saw that only a few players' names were available, and most of them weren't even on the team anymore. I contacted customer service to ask when the stock would be updated, but they told me it's done randomly whenever they get new items in. It's been a whole year now, and the stock is still the same, making it hard for me to show my support for my favourite team.
Overpriced items from outside UK.
Shipping costs are way too high. I couldn't even properly track my order and ended up having to pay to return an item that didn't fit. Such a waste of money.
Dodgers Jersey purchase
I bought a Dodgers Jersey recently, but I didn't receive a confirmation email and received a strange dispatch notice yesterday. I attempted to contact someone about it, but I couldn't reach anyone! Can you imagine? I was really concerned that I had been scammed! However, I eventually discovered an email address hidden on their website and was able to get in touch with someone. They were helpful and quick to respond, and I eventually received my tracking information. Thank goodness, crisis avoided. The package eventually arrived, and I'm pleased with both my purchase and the service I received in the end.
