Resistance band purchase
I bought a resistance band from this company but it snapped after just two weeks of using it for my workouts. I'm waiting for a replacement now, but they don't have any in stock at the moment, which is a shame. It seems like a lot of other people are having the same problem with these bands. I'm really let down by the quality, especially considering how much I paid for it. You'd think something like this would last longer than just two weeks.

Quick delivery, wrong item, excellent customer service
When I first got the wrong item from Luxe Tones, I was a bit disappointed. But, I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I got when I got in touch about the mistake. They replied quickly and sorted everything out by sending me the right product straight away. I really needed it urgently for a birthday, and they made sure it was delivered the next day with first class tracking. The presentation box it came in was a nice extra, and I was really impressed by how good the earrings were. Overall, I'd definitely give them a five-star rating for their fantastic service.

Quick service
I recently ordered something online and wanted to send it to a friend who lives quite far away. I came across this awesome website where I could simply fill in a form and they would take care of the delivery for me. The very next day, a delivery person arrived to collect my package, which already had a label printed and ready to go. They were super friendly and efficiently took my parcel with them. The following day, my friend received the package and I received an email confirming its delivery. I was absolutely delighted with how quick and convenient the whole process was! I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

Jumper from a cool shop
I'd never heard of this shop before, but my mate requested a gift from there. I was well impressed by how fast they sent my stuff, and they kept me in the loop about everything. The jumper I received was spot on, just like it looked on the website. Opening the package and seeing my awesome jumper was a proper laugh! Also, the price was really reasonable. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Overpriced order never arrived
I am absolutely appalled by this company. Back in September 2023, I spent over $100 on some items but they were never delivered. I tried to reach out to them via email but received no reply. To make matters worse, every time I attempted to track my order on their website, I just kept getting an error message. It's been a massive waste of both money and time!

Electronics purchase for multiple years
As someone who's been using this platform for a while now, I've gotta say, I find the app really easy to use and navigate. It's simple to place orders and make payments. But, one thing I reckon would make it even better is if there were more filters available when searching for stuff. It would definitely step up the shopping experience and make it quicker for us customers to find exactly what we want.

Contract Renewal
Today, I got in touch with the provider to renew my contract and I must say, I was really impressed with the speedy and efficient service I got. When I called, a chap called Dean picked up right away and was so friendly and polite. He sorted out my problem without any fuss and made everything nice and easy. In this day and age, good customer service can be hard to come by, so it was really nice to have such a positive interaction. Big shout out to Dean for his top-notch service!
