I first saw these cards at a mate’s desk and thought they looked great in the photos, so I ordered a deck. Handling them for the first time felt odd — very smooth, almost slippery, which you could forgive if the print was crisp. But the words were faint and some of the images looked washed-out, so they weren’t really usable for what I wanted. Packaging was tidy though, which was a small surprise — nicely boxed, felt a bit premium until you actually used a card. I asked for a refund and at first they offered me half the money and to keep the deck. I said no, I don’t want them at all, I want to return them and get my money back. They then offered a full refund either as site credit or back to my card; I chose the card. Moments after confirming, their system gave me credit instead. Customer service basically shrugged and blamed a system error, insisting I keep the points. It’s annoying — the cards looked good online, felt okay in the hand, but the printing ruined them and the returns process was frustrating.
Bit of a faff but the chair's alright
Picture me hauling boxes into my flat and realising my lower back was going to hate me unless I sorted a decent chair. So I ordered three bits — chair and a couple of small things — and only the chair turned up. It feels okay, not fancy, the seat is a bit firm at first but after a few days it softens and actually helps my back when I’m hunched over my laptop. Assembly was fiddly, instructions vague, and the fabric has a tiny snag, but I use it every day. The annoying bit is that the other two items were pushed back in the app to a date two months later, despite being one order to the same address. That messed up my plans. Not terrible as a product, does the job, but the delivery/customer side needs sorting. Probably won’t rush back, at least not soon.
Return nightmare, avoid if you value time
don’t expect a straightforward refund. I bought a head massager because I get regular tension headaches and a stiff neck, so I had a clear need for it. The product itself was fine, I was mildly pleased, but that’s where the positives end. I returned it to the address the support team gave me. They asked for photos first (fair enough). After the parcel was delivered back, they kept asking for more photos — photos of the item in the box, photos of the return label, photos of the address. I’ve already posted the parcel. How am I supposed to take those extra shots now? I supplied the tracking number which shows delivery. I even sent the pictures they originally asked for. Still no refund and three months of back-and-forth emails. Responses felt scripted. Same request repeated. No real progress. I’m annoyed, not angry, just fed up with the wasted time and the unclear process. If you buy this to help a real problem (like I did), you don’t want to be stuck chasing proofs and excuses. The company could sort this with a simple check of the tracking and the photos they already have. Small chance the product will suit you, but I can’t recommend this site for anything where you might need a return.
Sizes and returns — a bit of a faff

After ordering I got a message explaining that their sizing follows a different system and that you should check centimetres/inches; fine, but that advice feels like a shrug rather than a warning. In day-to-day life I’d bought the items for commuting and casual wear; one T‑shirt is usable, a little snug but acceptable, whereas the trousers are so small they sit more like kids’ shorts. The fabric across the board feels thin and not built for frequent washing, so I don’t expect everything to last beyond a couple of washes unless you’re very careful. Returns are where it really gets tiresome — they expect you to cover return costs and they group shipments oddly, so returning multiple sellers’ items becomes a logistical headache. I was also put out by requests to supply photos of adults trying clothes on to prove they didn’t fit; it felt unnecessary and a bit disrespectful. So, not a total disaster — some pieces work and would be fine for occasional use — but not the reliable buy I had hoped for. Buy with caution, check the centimetre charts properly, and don’t assume EU/UK sizes match.

Telescopic extension spray pole nightmare
I bought this spray pole for the garden, but it didn't come with a nozzle. I asked if they sold one, and they just said to look for it myself. I tried searching but couldn't find a match. Well, that's a lesson learned - won't be buying from them again.
Three separate items
I recently bought three items, but I was disappointed that each one was sent separately. It was a real pain for me as I had to keep going back and forth to the post office, which is quite far from my house. It would have been much easier if they all came in one package. This would have saved me time, effort, and also helped reduce the carbon emissions from multiple shipments. Online shopping experience
My time with the company has been really good. The customer service is top-notch, they're always friendly and helpful. I think their way of doing business is great, although sometimes the delivery times can be a bit hit-and-miss. But overall, I'd definitely suggest them to other people.
Tablet purchase
I bought a tablet off the website not too long ago, and lo and behold, the touch screen decided to stop working after a mere two months. Customer service didn't offer much help and basically told me to sort it out with the manufacturer. But when I reached out to the manufacturer, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't buy the tablet straight from them. So now I'm stuck with a pricey paperweight.

I have to say, I was really happy with how fast my order arrived and how accurate the products were. It can be a bit risky ordering things online, but this time I got exactly what I was expecting from the pictures. Just wanted to let you know you're doing a great job - keep it up!

Online shopping experience
I've recently started using this online shopping platform and I have to say, I quite like it. It kind of reminds me of another popular site, but for some reason, I trust this one more. Faulty return policy communication
The website says you can return things within 14 days, but they don't tell you that you need to get the seller's okay to send it back. Even though I asked loads of times, the seller wouldn't give me the address. Now it's been over 14 days since I got the thing, so I can't send it back and get my money back.
Misleading Products
I need to return my order because the products are not as described and don't meet normal standards. Dealing with customer support is difficult as they are not providing a return address and label. I don't recommend this platform or their support. There are other platforms that are much easier to use and offer guarantees. I really wanted to trust this platform but I was let down. My first purchase here will be my last. I want to warn others not to buy from here as there are issues with returns. Items are late and not as shown in photos. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE! 😡😡😡😡
parcel tracking
I'm really pleased with this company, never had any issues with my orders. The tracking is great and I always receive my parcels without any trouble. I would definitely recommend them, 10 out of 10!
Full set costume order without wig
I bought a full costume set which was meant to have a wig, but when I got it, the wig was missing. The product image and invoice I received clearly showed that the wig should have been included. When I contacted customer service about the missing item, they said they didn't think the order came with a wig, even though it was clearly shown on the product card. It was really annoying that they didn't pay attention to the details and refused to admit the mistake.

The products here are really good quality. I've bought a few things and they've all been even better than I expected. The materials they use are strong and well-made.

Beautiful and trendy clothing, pay attention to sizing.
The stuff on this website is really nice and stylish, but I'd suggest being careful with the size guide they give you. From what I've found, the clothes come up quite small which was a bit of a letdown, even though the materials they use are top-notch. I had to pass them on to a friend who's a smaller size because they just didn't fit me properly.
Small purchases
My time using this website was honestly quite surprising, and not really in a good way. I bought a few things and unfortunately a couple of them came either damaged or in the wrong size.
