The customer service is absolutely terrible. I've contacted them twice now with videos showing the faulty item I got. It wasn't cheap, and I still haven't heard anything back. It's so annoying to have a faulty item and not even get a response from the company.

I recently bought some Vivienne Westwood pumps and heels from this store. They were originally priced at £260, but I managed to get them on sale for just £91 for both! The delivery was really quick and free, arriving in only 2 days even though I ordered them late. The shoes were in perfect condition and exactly as they were described on the website. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first because I hadn't read any reviews before ordering, but I'm happy to say that my experience was even better than I expected.

I got a desk, a chair, and a bed from this place, and when they arrived, they were completely ruined! I mean, what on earth happened during delivery?! And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was a complete nightmare. They didn't even make an effort to help me fix the situation. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure!

Flight delay compensation claim
My claim for compensation due to a delayed flight ended up taking a bit more time than I thought it would, however, the good news is that I was eventually awarded more than €200 for a four-hour delay. The whole process was actually quite simple - all I had to do was send in my tickets when filing the claim, and then provide my bank details at the end. I was kept in the loop with regular update emails during the entire process, which was really helpful in understanding how my claim was progressing. Honestly, this was the most straightforward compensation process I have ever been through, and I really can't find any faults with the service provided by the company throughout.
